It is a great platform to earns few couple of buck,while gaming somes new types of prototypes or substitute game, which are honestly great for us gamer, it's give us many new ideas regarding to the new future generation of gaming industries and it's also pay well per minute.You can play whatsoever you want at any time,but the only con of this website,is that you should have any mid range device which should be around $300-$500,show that you can get the decent amount of money.Overall,it's a great website for playing games and give them some advice to enhance their knowledge and to earn some money from it.Thank you

I played a game of theirs for over an hour. The video said uploaded. I filled out their survey. I did not receive a payment! SCAM!

Signed up with them a few months ago and have been invited to multiple different playtest but everytime I tried to do one about an hour after the invite it was already full up.

Finally got in for a playtest the other day and spend a good couple of hours working on it making sure to give plenty of good feedback. Did all the necessary checks etc, my microphone sounded fine.

Got a message today saying I'm not getting paid because the microphone quality was no good.

Waste of time and effort, have unsubbed from their emails and won't be trying or recommending them again!

After doing a good bunch of playtests over the course of say half a year, they have stopped giving me invites completely. I've renewed my info and interests and still nothing, not a single email from them in a year...

Is it a scam? Not sure about it. After many non-paying surveys, for prequalification purposes, I received a dozen of invitations for games. But even after only 10 minutes, the slots have always been filled. I asked twice their support for explanations, but their answers were not credible.

This is a pick-who-they want to pay system. I tested the so-called play test and on one i didn't say a word and was paid $9. I talked on the next three and was not paid and the last one did by the book and did not get paid. i think they have a lot of testers and they can only pay so many. but they use all of them or at less try to. i also think if you play the game and they don't or can't hear you they should pay half because YOU STILL TESTED THE GAME. Of course i think they know that

I was initially very excited and eager to test out their services and did my playtest for a game and provided my recording for reviewal. Needless to say, I never received a single invite for a Playtest. Highly dissapointed, as they never tried to provide any feedback as to why, or what I could do to improve my reviews. (also unsure how long I have been registered, I may have had the account for approx 2 years)

I would put a higher rating, but after so long I give up. Good luck ahead.

I have been using this service a few months now, I've tested a few games and done a few surveys.

Only 1 game test I didn't get paid for and that was due to sound quality of my headphones, there was alot of cracking.

I understand why I didn't get paid for this playtest.

Generally I've had a really positive experience I've been paid out pretty fast usually within a day and paid directly to my PayPal after I choose my payment method.

Games vary between 30 minutes and a few hours.

All payment rates have been reasonable and around the minimum wage for my area.

Only one survey I haven't been paid for but it was just before the holidays so I expect a longer delay in getting the payment.

I have been getting new tests and surveys on a weekly basis.

I will continue to use this service as I get try exciting new games and get paid for it.

I am currently a tester for this company and they have been up and down for the first year or so, it took some serious time until they started sending surveys every 1/2/3 days which are at a first come, first server basis, if you're not fast, you won't get in, there is limited slots per survey/game test, people need to realise that this is a testing company, it's not going to be fully consistent, it's as per and when. I am more than happy with their surveys and questions, the playtests are thorough, require minimum effort and all they ask for is a small criteria, they were very inconsistent at first, but over time they can and will bring more opportunities your way if you're willing to show them you're going to give them results, I was luckily interviewed by (I think) capcom, I was video interviewed and was rewarded for an hour's conversation, not test, conversation about the Resident Evil series, which I am quite a fan of, and I cannot be more proud of it. People need to stick to their guns and be quick, give effort and results in their tests, only then they would be given more opportunities moving forward. Fact.

Never received a play test or payment for anything but was constantly giving out data in surveys then hearing nothing.

I did game testing for around 2 years with this company.
Is it legit? Yes they do pay you to test games.
Is it a lot? No, it's not a lot of money. Nor is it worth your time if you're doing it for money. I just liked playing the games. However, they like to play games themselves.
On the first time they didn't pay me. I thought okay, maybe it's my fault.
The other 2 times I made sure to check every block. I noticed they don't like to pay you for being too critical of the game. They send over absolute garbage games and want a good review that's says it's good and you should not change anything. The excuse they'll give is that I didn't do a survey or didn't do something else even though I had proof.

I now play games for a company that plays games via console it's a lot better and pays substantially more. They have some strict NDAs but worth it. .
I'd stay away from Playtest Cloud.

I signed up for playtest cloud 16 days ago and have already made a lot of money. You literally play games (entertainment), then say your thoughts and opinions, its that easy.
