Never gives the final coins needed to cash out…
A few days ago I finished level 200 on a word search. The 4000 coins have never shown up. These 4000 coins would have gotten me to the $20 minimum cash out. Never have received those coins. Total scam!

I was able to cash out once, but when I requested to cash out a second time, I was unable to. Support claims that my account is under review. They asked me to provide them with proof of purchases from Dice Dreams. I told them that I can't provide them that because I'm not even playing Dice Dreams. My account was blocked after that. I was told to contact support, but the only way to do that is through the app. Since I'm blocked, I can't even send a message through the app. The app can no longer be found on the Google Play store. I do not recommend this app at all.
Horrible. This is not an isolated incident. My girlfriend was playing dice dreams and suddenly was unable to cashout. They said she was under review. She provided all proofs of playing the game fairly but they reset everything on her entire account across all games. I myself played dice dreams which pays around 50$ for logging in a consecutive 30 days. On day 27 they reset my counter to 0/30 the next day it was 1/30 but with only 15 days left for completion. Bottom line is if you make a profit on them they will change the rules and modify your data to prevent paying you. Customer service will not respond period. If they do its u related or a copy paste.
I'm unable to cash out due to the fact that the app claimed that one of the games was disputing points that the app gave me not the game first cue does not make sense secondly after it stated that the matter would be cleared of a 14 days the bot or company itself close my ticket tried to reopen it then it said there's nothing further they can do it had a $20 minimum cash out for 64,000 points and I have got 108,000 points. And will send me to a screen that says customer support contact customer support it keeps sending me in a loop no one reaches out to my email even though they asked me for the email address no one does anything as seen in previous reviews they tell you to reach out to support but I've been doing it the whole time so it's obviously just a way to show that they're trying to act like they're resolving problems that they're not I would advise not to use this site as I use many of these sites play well, play max, play time. Are good sites that actually pay out. Thank you and do not use the app play vault it is a scam.
