I ordered 2 items from them at a cost of 45.67 in May 2021 and this is October and I have not received the products and they have no website I can access and the email (support@playwith lovely) is no longer operable. Scammers!

I received my flowers damaged. Notified them they offered me $3 for a refund, I told them that was no where near enough. The offered me $5, I declined that and now they will not answer any of my emails. I did send them pictures of packaging, and damaged flowers. I did buy 6. This has made me not want to order anything from anyone that has ads on fb. That is where I saw them. I feel they should return my hole payment to them. All of the flowers are damaged in some way. Stems broke, flowers detached from top of stems.

It was a terrible experience - Order 5 for about $60 - .!st they way overcharged me on the tax - THey did refund that. Then they went "on sale" the day after my order - no fund there. They sent all the same color - when I asked for multi. It took way over 2 months to received. The packaging was all smashed when received. 2 lights were obviously defective. Had to take pictures to prove they would not work. Would only give my $ back if returned at my expense back to China. THe tracking system did not work for me. All the custome service people kept saying - don't worry - all will be allright. FInally did receive the 2 replacements. All the flowers were very cheap - learned my lesson

Same comment from me as most. The item stopped working in about 3-4 weeks. It took many weeks to arrive but the communication with the company was good. About the only thing I can say that is good. The picture of item was not true to size. No instructions with the item. it was tiny item, but in the picture in advertising it was huge. I was amazed at how small item was. I got a tree type light with branches at pull out. I told the company this week and the only refund is $3. hardly worth it of course. I am disappointed as it made a lovely light for my front garden. I only gave them one star because it won’t let you rate them zero stars. I placed a $70 order with this company. It took over 2 months to receive the order, which arrived in package that was totally destroyed. The end of the package was even opened. The solar flowers look nothing like the ad and they were a mess. I emailed the company and requested instructions to return for a refund. I got an email saying sorry for this trouble, may we refund you $5 as compensation for this situation. Seriously! I told them I wanted a full refund and would be returning the damaged goods. It has been 2 days and no response. I am beyond angry. Do not order from this company they are criminals.

Ordered an item from them on May 6. Still haven't received anything. I have sent multiple emails to them and their response is it's been shipped every time. The tracking number they gave me hasn't even been updated since June 2 and says the same thing. Now I have to try to get a refund which probably isn't going to happen. Don't waste your time with this company!!?

It took over a month to get to me. Wow it cost me almost $30 for 2 little solar mums. I had to tape the poles together and the small size. Their site makes them look good. I would not buy from them again.

Absolutely shocking company, what I purchased is certainly not what they sent me and are refusing to refund me. I spent $15 on something that is not worth more than a $1! After countless emails back and too they basically keep telling me what I saw advertised is what they have sent me and it certainly isn’t! It doesn’t even do what it says on the ads it’s meant to do. It came poorly package with no instructions.....AVOID this company at all costs!
