I bought a Molten BG3800. Good ball at a good price for what I need.
I got sent two feedback emails before recieving my order and a email saying my order was complete before the couriour even had record of collecting the item. I understand now that this was not intentional. I'd rather be moaning about to much communication than not enough.

It's a team effort
I rarely give reviews regarding my online shopping experience and this is one of those exceptions.
I purchased 2 sets of darts on a Sunday, I expected my order to be shipped the following day. Nothing happened so I patiently waited for another day before I decided to send an email to customer service.
My order got shipped that same afternoon and I received my order 2 days later. I was in the Middle East that time.
My experience would not have been a pleasant one if not for the efforts of the customer service team who handled my concern.
Will I still buy next time? You can bet on that!

I note some questions from ayou about knocking in our bats - they are knocked in at the factory, we don't recommend further action, certainly not removing the GM Now face cover.
