As a whole it was great experience buying from your site. The only thing I consider to be a little disappointing is that you have changed the sum for free international shipping. I understand that maybe you have more expenses but if you lower this sum you will have more costumers from outside uk.

Zelos 404
I ordered a Zelos 404. Got a faulty bat. It took a while for GM to send a replacement due to COVID. This replacement bat was lost in transit by the courier/delivery service. So GM sent a second replacement which I have finally received. All in all this entire process took around 6 Months!!!!
While i dont blame GM for time delays as COVID and Delivery Service were not in their control. But the quality of the bat and the fact that its supposed to be a grade "3" makes me want to question the quality standards at GM.
After using Kookaburra and a couple of other brands, I have been disappointed with GM.

The product the player edition bat I received was not up to the mark. The bat was cracked after its first use and informed GM team about it and they told me to return it in my cost. Sending the shipment in my cost was not worth. Therefor requested for an account number. No response received. Scrapped the bat and moved to different brand. Will not buy any thing from GM again.
