Unhelpful customer service - unresolved problems with shipping

I was initially attracted by the nice appearance of their products, but for the moment (2 months after the purchase), I still didn't receive anything and had a rather traumatic experience with their customer service when trying to find a solution to the issue (at a certain point I was offered to buy a second one; ship one back; wait for an eventual refund when the unit has returned; ask the shipping company to cancel the order myself... in a crescendo of confusion) - and at present it is still not clear how the issue will be resolved.
I would then advise against purchasing online from such website, but if you can find their products in a physical store, and they live up to their online description and features, then it may well be worth it.
