After i srated that i did not subscribe fir the type of service offered i am offered a refund.

I was tricked into scanning a QR code which offered “Scan for Membership” in a Co-op which had special membership prices. Unknowingly I had signed, not for co-op membership, but membership of playzehvibes. Money was taken from my account with alert that further deductions would be made. I cancelled my card. A review I wrote disappeared. Thankfully, over a month later and after fraught communication, I have had satisfaction with a refund from the company. Today is 16. May

Despite their terms of business, they made an exception and reached out to me to let me know that they would process my refund. I had actually accepted that I would not get the money back. This is great and indicates earnest customer service.
