Ordered parts for my Kyosho MP11. The parts were on backorder everywhere and Plaza Japan had it in stock. Service was quick and simple. Would highly recommend this site.

I paid about $45 USD in shipping costs.

I paid ~$20 at time of purchase which I thought was all I would have to pay, but the courier charges another $25 which I was not adequately informed about.

This is an excellent retailer, and our go-to among Japanese sites selling our favorite action figures. Their prices are competitive, customer service is responsive, and their speed of delivery is the fastest among all the Japanese sites we use. Tip: The UPS shipping option is our favorite, even though it’s pricier.

I found a product here that I'd been looking for in other stores for a long time and couldn't find. It was packaged very carefully. The delivery was so fast that I didn't even expect it. I'm very happy with the store!

Processing and Packaging

Great packaging, all items were perfectly protected - also quick delivery considering the distance, and the fact that I selected the cheapest shipping. All good!

I rarely leave reviews online.
But this website deserves a few kind words.

1.First of all, I’m from Ukraine, and the fact that—unlike many American and European websites—they offer direct shipping for a reasonable price.
2.The prices are very nice, compared to various stores that resell Japanese goods or simply raise prices for the local market.
3. Delivery might take a little while, but that’s not a problem for me, since the two packages I ordered from this site arrived in perfect condition.
4. I ordered several food items, and they all arrived fresh, with expiration dates that didn't even come close to being up.

But there are two things I'd like to improve

1. Please update the items that are out of stock more often; there are a lot of great items that have been out of stock for a very long time.
2. I'd like to see more options in the Tea and Coffee section.

Every other aspect is fantastic. I’ll definitely be ordering from you regularly.

It took only ten days to receive all items model trains when available on website from Japan to Canada East coast. Amazing ! And the prices are more competitive than when buying model trains in the States or in Europe !

Fantastic website & easy to order the products. The wide range products & the price is affordable. Although not well packaged, there’s some dented on the product box overall is ok received the product in good condition. For sure will order again.
