A company in need of better customer service policy
The company uses a notoriously poorly rated courier, which recorded my item as delivered when it was not. Eventually PleasureStore sent a replacement.
About a week later, a neighbour on another street brought the original delivery to me. I informed PleasureStore and returned it as instructed, at my own expense. Of the EUR13 cost to return it, PleasureStore refunded me just EUR8.05. They informed me "4.95 had to be deducted for the second postage and packaging that was paid". I pointed out that was the responsibility of the sender and the courier and my honesty in returning their item had COST me EUR4.95.
UPDATE: the remaining postage fees were refunded after 5 days of complaints.

What happened should not have occurred and we fully understand how disappointing it was, especially as you went out of your way to return the original parcel to us.
We appreciate your honesty and the effort you made in sending the item back. After reviewing your case, we can see that the initial partial refund of your return costs caused further frustration and we apologise sincerely for that. This has since been corrected and the remaining balance has been refunded in full, but we recognise that it should have been resolved more quickly and more smoothly.
We are also reviewing our courier options along with our internal customer service procedures to make sure situations like this are handled with greater care and fairness in future. Your feedback has highlighted an important gap and we are grateful you brought it to our attention.
