I bought a hoody recommended by a friend and a stein to match…
I was emailed later on saying there was no stock available and would get a refund, no explanation no offer of another option. Complete waste of time seeing as you have items up for sale when you have nothing. So frustrating… and the person on the emails never responded to any of my coms. I was then chasing the refund for my postage as you never refunded that! What a con. Take my money for items you don’t have and keep the postage fee.
I eventually got an email saying I would be refunded for the postage… time wasters
Shame I can’t attach emails and dates between.

I've bought 2 Adventure Hoodies, one in 2016 and another in 2023, both through Kickstarter. 2016 hoodie was great but their 2023 hoodie doesn't match the same quality. The hoodie was delivered 8 months later then promised. I contacted their customer service and they agreed with me, over email, the quality isn't up to their standard, the sizing is incorrect, and the herrebone pattern isn't herrebone anymore. Their only resolution was to offer me a discount on my next purchase (why would I purchase another one?) or I could ship it back on my own dime and get a 60% refund. Either option leaves me not wanting to deal with them in the future.

The hoodie is now on their website for cheaper then what I paid to back the project in the first place, which is supposed to be their cheapest price they offer. Very disappointed in Zane and will not be buying anything further. A great product turned to garbage. What a shame!
