Pleexy is perhaps the easiest way to connect tasks between Todoist and other apps. Setup is quick, and it's simple to set connections up exactly the way you want them. Saves a ton of time and helps keep everything in sync without a lot of fussing around.

Great product, really easy to use

After experimenting with various integrations for syncing my ClickUp with my MS To Do list, I found Pleexy to be the most user-friendly and straightforward to set up. It only took me a few minutes to get everything up and running smoothly. The customer support experience was equally impressive; I had the opportunity to connect directly with the developer to address missing integrations, which were promptly added to the pipeline for review. Overall, Pleexy proved to be a valuable solution and definitely worth the investment.

Great little service to connect Todoist and Clickup for me - they even provided a fix for an issue I was having with time zone changes.

I am currently on the free trial, and I have found exactly what I have been looking for. The setup is simple and easy. I can receive and create to-do tasks in Outlook, OneNote, and Teams, and they are all automatically combined into one master Todoist list for convenient reference and updates. the customer support experience has been fantastic.

I'm still on the free trial as I write this but I will 100% subscribe. Pleexy does exactly what I have been searching for and it does it in a very simple and easy to set-up way. I can receive/create to-do tasks in Outlook and OneNote and Teams and they are all dynamically combined into one master MS ToDo list for easy reference and update. My Customer Support experience has been fantastic, very patient from start to resolution as we discovered some limitations with OneNote itself . 100% recommend, if like me, you were growing tired of managing lots of lists and frustrated that this is not possible with the current MS setup.

Love pleexy to import my Basecamp To-do's into Google cal. Great for my productivity. Easy to install. 10/10

This has been a game changer for streamlining my productivity. I utilize Todoist, and now I can better funnel my tasks into from Outlook and Evernote. I did have a little initial trouble getting my work IT to agree to authorize it, but we got it worked out and now I can better see all the things I need to do, both at work and my personal life.

Very intuitive tool that allows me to synch all my tasks from Asana, Monday, and click up in to my Todoist.
Those enabling me to stay on top of my tasks.

Pleexy is an excellent synchronization service that helps integrate multiple task management platforms together. It is well built and their customer service is excellent. You can tell they really want to build a product that is useful and relevant to their target audience. Use it if you can!

I was looking for a tool that would allow me to bridge OneNote and Todoist or MS Todo. I found Pleexy by chance, tested it for a few days for free and could appreciate how easy to set up it was + how well it works! Love it, it should be very, very helpful to manage tasks included in notes much better!
Also, very great customer support (great help when I encountered issues with the payment system, which were eventually settled).

If you are looking for a sync between Asana and Todoist, nothing is better. Jorge and the team are also really great with customer support. Pleexy makes managing my tasks across different platforms so easy.

With Pleexy's sync between flagged email folders and Todoist projects it lets me focus on resolving issues and less time on issue management.

Pleexy brings tasks from Asana (which work uses) into ToDoist (which I use) with a minimum of fuss. It is being continually developed, and, if there is a problem, there's quick and friendly support. Highly recommended.

I've been using Pleexy for about 2 years by now and it simply has been a joy and a blessing to use. Then integrations work flawlessly, helpsy you integrate disparate task systems from Asana to Jira and consolidate them neatly into your Todoist with 2-way sync and lots of knobs to fine tune to your working style.

When you need to contact customer support, they are prompt and resourceful.

I've found this product to be exceptionally helpful in being able to manage my ToDo list with a variety of mailboxes. I've also found their support team (when I had a question about functionality) to be exceptionally responsive and helpful.
