I'm updating to let you know how important is for a company to respect your wishes into convey support and comfortability even in a not so favorable situation. Due to the fact that they showed care and concern, I continue to strive to let them correct the situation which they did and now I am super happy because I am going to receive the medicine that I am to get with my GLP -1 journey . They even refunded me for the unsatisfactory dosages that they had prescribed. Absolutely a beautiful company to have help you

Every step to get started was easy. My Dr. Has showed care during the last 4 weeks as i transition to this new lifestyle. Great communication from all the staff. Their product works wonderfully! No more food noise or craving. Have total control over sweets now and other carbs.

The process to get started is SO easy! All my questions were answered and the support along the journey is consistent and timely. Refills and delivery are seamless!

A relatively quick process for consideration in regard to starting at a higher dose (I was taking a higher dose than the standard 2.5mg starting titration when I messaged about purchasing from PlexusDX).

I appreciate the fact that they made sure the script was valid before I was able to purchase the 6 month plan.

I was previously using AltRx as it was cheaper but they used a common subcutaneous injection reaction (a red splotch at the injection site that lasted, at most, an hour) as a reason for discontinuing my prescription with them and even with my primary care doctor providing their ‘okay’ to continue, they discontinued it. I assume it was because of the lawsuits from the FDA that they discontinued my script.

And I digress, while PlexusDX is a little more expensive than some other telehealth companies, I think the fact that there are no lawsuits or FDA concerns surrounding this company is one of many reasons that paying more, is worth it.

It was sent and delivered quickly and was properly temperature controlled when it arrived (ice pack was still active). Everything was packaged nicely with clear instructions.

So far, it’s been a pleasant experience and I intend to continue to use PlexusDX for the entirety of my weight loss journey going forward.

It took almost 2 weeks to receive my glp-1 medication. The vial I received was placebo in my opinion, Or at the very least, diluted and completely ineffective. I asked for a refund and to send the remainder of the vial back. They said no. They could’ve offered a replacement or something, but nope just money wasted. They offered competitive pricing, but buyer beware. I ordered from altRX who then sent me the real deal. Lost 20 lbs in 1st month.

Onboarding was smooth and I received my peptides quickly, I have been using them for over a month now and am seeing results that I was looking for, thanks PlexusDX!

Quick and simple without all the hassles

It was easy to sign up, no fuss. No labs required, low cost, easy text services and email communication. Only down side compared to other companies that I have tried is that the doses are to low and too slow to increase for effectiveness.

*Edited rating from 1 to 3 Stars due to the company refunding and trying to make this right which is greatly appreciated* I still do not have a resolution to my original issue and I am still experiencing trouble getting someone to just look at my account to give me straight answers, waiting five days+ for a refill approval when it is supposed to take 24 hrs, etc. I would have rather the problem fixed than a refund.

Great onboarding, super easy process to get a prescription. I recommended to a few friends. Provider went up on my dosage for my first refill. But when my refill arrived, it was the lower starting dose, not my prescribed dose. I immediately messaged customer service. They said to just double my dose but then when I asked for clarification a nurse said to just hold my dose. Super frustrating because I didn't receive what I paid for and feel like I have wasted money and time (no results). Going in circles for weeks with customer service trying to get a resolution. They said this week if I would just fill out my intake form for ANOTHER refill that they could fix the problem. I should have known better because still no resolution to my issue.

Feels like I am just trying to get help from AI bots and the processes and procedures are a mess.
