Some days I’d get good reach and other times nothing really moved. It felt a bit unpredictable. I appreciate that it wasn’t spammy, but I just wish it had more consistent impact. Not terrible, just no... See more

Scam!!! They don't send the amount of follower promised....
When you complain, they send fake followers to give the impression of growth. All followers drop off after a few days... Fake followers look bad on the account anyway, loss of time and money. Don't use

I was promised real followers who would be engaging in my posts. I did gain the followers but they were doing none of the sort. I was also reassured that I wouldn’t lose the followers if I had to stop the subscription. I did stop it and now I keep losing 100 followers a month and after reaching out I was told, that it has nothing to do with them and that they couldn’t do anything to fix that since I don’t have the subscription anymore. It is definitely NOT normal to just keep losing 100s of followers at once, especially if that has never happened before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!

attempted to sign up for a plan, but when I saw the total cost at checkout I cancelled the payment. Despite this, Plixi still attempted to charge me nearly $500, then retried multiple transactions from different companies with varying amounts until they eventually managed to charge me $69.
They claim that because the annual subscription failed, I was automatically placed on the highest monthly tier something I never agreed to. On top of that, they added a $19 add-on I never selected.
To make matters worse, after 4 days I’ve had zero new followers. Customer service doesn’t address your concerns properly; they just respond with generic template replies without actually reading your emails.
This feels extremely deceptive and dishonest. Avoid at all costs.

Literally a SCAM. As soon as you cancel, you loose all of your followers. BEWARE! I WANT A REFUND!
I have emailed you guys about 22 times. NO REPLY. This has been awful. Embarrassing. Will tell everyone to never use you guys!

They are scammers, no refund, no real result, saying "7-14 days it account syncing "; this is the red flag, and no result. They say that if we are not able to give you results in 7 day, you can refund. But on the other hand, the sync process takes 7-14 days. Everything they say is are lie and a scam.

I’m not making accusations yet, but I do want to share my experience so far and may revise this review later.
When I first signed up with Path Social, things worked well for a few months. Then suddenly, I started losing 100–200 followers every day, always around the same time.
That’s when I decided to try Plixi, which promotes thousands of followers per month. I also purchased their likes package, just like I had with Path Social. After two weeks, I’ve only gained about five followers and maybe one like total.
It seems strange that Plixi isn’t working for me either, and I can’t help but wonder if the reason is because growth already stopped on Path Social. The similarities make me think there could be some kind of connection between the two.

I honestly would not even give this company 1 star. It’s a complete scam… do not give them your money. I gained followers (fake) initially but then started losing hundreds of followers daily. Their service did not deliver on its promises, they did nothing to compensate me or refund me and they did nothing to correct the situation. Terrible and don’t waste your money.

Do not use this website and business they are a complete scam. If you decide to discontinue the service, you will notice your followers drop and drop until none are left. They use this tactic to entice and bully you into using them again and again. The followers are not real people anyway. They are a complete and utter fraudulent company and you must avoid at all costs

I purchased an Instagram followers package from Plixi after seeing their promises of “real and lasting growth.” The order was delivered quickly, but just a few days after completing the plan, I noticed a steady drop in the follower count, losing hundreds within a short time. This clearly shows that the followers were either bots or fake accounts that quickly disappeared.
On the first day, I clicked on what appeared to be a small package — 1000 followers for $1.97. However, once I proceeded to payment, I was charged $26 without a clear explanation. This felt very misleading.
I contacted their support team immediately to request a refund, but they told me they don't offer refunds under any circumstances. When I mentioned I would leave a review, they simply repeated that they don’t do refunds.
Overall, the experience was very disappointing — misleading pricing, low-quality service, and no customer protection. I do not recommend this platform to anyone looking for real value.

I signed up for Plixi and was charged $517.99 within minutes — two separate transactions of $350 and $167.99. I contacted support immediately to cancel and request a refund, but received no helpful response.
The website mentions options like “Cancel anytime” and “Risk-free trial”, but in my case, cancellation was not possible and no refund was offered. I did not use or receive any service, and I feel the billing process was unclear.
This was my experience, and I encourage others to review carefully before signing up.

I subscribed to Plixi expecting real growth and engagement on my social media, but unfortunately, the experience has been disappointing from start to finish.
First, I requested to cancel my subscription well before the next billing cycle, and I received no response. Despite my follow-ups, I was still charged again, which is completely unacceptable. After insisting multiple times, I finally received a reply — they claimed their previous emails didn’t reach me, which sounds like an excuse rather than a valid explanation.
What’s worse is that they refused to issue a refund, citing their terms that subscriptions are non-refundable once activated. While I understand policy limitations, it’s unacceptable to ignore multiple cancellation requests and then fall back on fine print.
As for the actual service:
The followers I received were extremely low quality. Most accounts have 100–200 followers, sometimes up to 8,000 following, but they clearly look like bots or inactive accounts created solely for the purpose of boosting follower numbers. There was no real engagement, no likes, no comments, just vanity metrics that do nothing to build a real presence or community.
Overall, this felt like a predatory subscription model with poor customer support and a low-quality product. I cannot recommend Plixi to anyone looking for authentic growth.
Avoid this service.

Useless, they quick to accept the money, but when you have a problem they just read you messages and not respond

Guys just don’t do it. I emailed before hand and asked for them to make sure I only get a certain amount followers - I wanted to just slightly boost my business account. They assured me it will only be 500. I’ve had thousands and have to delete them all the time. I emailed and they said that the continuation of followers after I have cancelled is nothing to do with them. They obviously don’t know how to/ don’t care to fix their mess. Don’t do it.

They steal money from account without informing and if someone subscribe for one month then they take money next month also without info.

I signed up for Plixi expecting to try their service with a monthly plan, but was unexpectedly charged the full amount for an annual subscription upfront. The pricing is shown as a per-day cost, which I found misleading, especially as it wasn’t clearly stated during checkout that I was committing to a full year in advance.
Shortly after signing up, I realized the error and contacted support to cancel. Despite the fact that I had not used the service at all, they declined to issue a refund, citing non-refundable terms. They offered a credit, but this was not useful to me, as I wanted to fully cancel the account—not continue using it.
Their platform may work for some, but the lack of transparency around pricing and the inflexible refund policy, even when no service has been used, make this a poor customer experience. I would advise others to read the fine print very carefully before signing up.

this company is an absolute scam. the followers are accounts that have been hacked then the username changed with dashes or fullstops put in random places. they steal peoples profiles, those are the followers you will get.
as for customer service, it doesn’t exist, you get generic AI emails. i have been trying to deactivate my account and stop it running for 2 months and they don’t seem capable of doing it. i’m the meantime i feel it’s having an extremely negative impact on my account which is my business.
this company needs to be looked into by an ombudsman as it is a scam.
UPDATE
Plixi has requested I contact the email below. I will not be having any contact with this company ever again as they are a scam. I received so many generic emails that didn’t act on my request to close my account and stop it running. You never get a real person.
Since stopping the service, as others have experienced my following has dropped fast and massively. This company is a total scam and needs closing down.
The email address given for me to email below is the same email address I was emailing a million times over, they send generic responses which they don’t act on. Don’t waste your time with this disgusting fake company
