Excellent Customer Service!

The first time I purchased, the baby plant came all smashed (it was not PLNTS fault, but the delivery company). However, they gave me the whole value of the purchase back as a coupon. I was so happy! I ordered again the same plant and even added two more - I couldn’t help it haha. They all arrived in perfect condition this time, and I can’t wait to see them growing nice and healthy!

Sustainability box almost great!

I bought 2 sustainability boxes, one small and medium.
The plants were almost perfect, beautiful. I felt like I won lottery when finding a Philodendron white princess and a philodendron pink princess inside. Everything was great.
But If I could make a suggestion to make the experience perfect: could you please add a label on the plants to idenitfy them? I still could not identitify 2 of the plants recieved, even AI could not help me. After one week maybe I figuered out that one was a philodendron and the other one looked like an anturium but at the end of the day it wasn’t so.. not all of us are experienced plant guessers

I ordered a monstera and sphagnum moss

I ordered a monstera and sphagnum moss.
I was really looking forward to it, but I was very disappointed when I unpacked everything.
Fungus gnats were flying out of the box everywhere.
When I contacted customer service, they simply told me to separate the plant and spray it with insecticide.
Is that the business model of plants.com?
Deliver sick plants, etc., so that you have to buy pest control products from plants.com?
Absolutely unsatisfactory product and customer service.

Plants came fast and in good condition.

My plants came very fast and they were in pretty good condition considering that traveled several borders. There was a little wear and tear on them but other than that perfectly healthy. Will definitely order from plnts.com again. Sending love from Denmark🥰❤️

Great plants but please label them, even just a sicky label on the pot

Pros: Easy to order, quick delivery, well packaged plants
Cons: all pots were extremely wet(let's see how they do once they have settled in). None of the plants are labelled. I can work out those I ordered by name but have no idea on those from the sustainability box. Makes it a difficult job to work out how to care for the plants.

Great product, awful delivery

If we are talking about the products I'd give 5 stars without a doubt. High standard quality, beautiful plants and vases, classy and they arrived quite in good conditions despite the loooong travel journey.
The problem with my order was the timing. Plnts .com website claims to ship on the same day for orders placed before 12 am. However, my order was dispatched 8 business days after the payment which is not good and in conflict with their claim of fast delivery.
The drama also was enhanced once they passed the order to the courier....Bartolini changed the delivery date twice with short notice and a week end in the middle. Long story short, I received the products after 17 days but luckily enough the plants were not much damaged.
I wrote the customer services both through chat and emails but they were of not help at all!!
So, would I buy again from them? Yes for the quality, not for the logistic and delivery.

If I could give 0 stars I would

I ordered plants as part of a moving away gift for a friend on the 8th and told that I would receive my plants on the 13th. On the 15th I emailed asking where my plants were and it turned out it got 'stuck in processing' and that they finally processed my order. EVRI sent me an email on the 17th saying they were expecting it within 48hrs and now it is the 19th and they still don't even have my plants to ship.

I needed these plants before the 24th and now I am unsure if I will even get them in time and as the friend is moving away I have literally no need for these plants which I can't even return. It takes so long for customer service to get back to you and the process of sending the plants seems to be so weird if things can get stuck at stages in the process. I don't think there should be a date given for when you can expect your order as I ordered way ahead of time and due to circumstances out of my control I now look like a cheapskate. I can't even refund so I can go and spend money somewhere else and get my plants on time. Horrible experience.
