1 STAR — Received Only 1 Damaged Pair Instead of 3 | No Resolution Since July

I placed Order #27481 with PLORVIZ (plorviz.com) on 23 June 2026 for three pairs of track pants, paying ₹1,699.

The order was marked as delivered on 26 June 2026. However, I received only ONE pair instead of the THREE pairs I ordered, and even that single pair was damaged.

This is completely unacceptable. I paid for three products but received an incomplete order containing a damaged product.

I have repeatedly contacted the brand since July 2026, requesting a proper resolution. Despite my continued follow-ups, I have not received a satisfactory refund or replacement.

It has been months since my purchase, and I am extremely disappointed with the way my complaint has been handled.

I have preserved my order confirmation, delivery records and other available supporting evidence.

My request is simple: either provide all three products in proper condition without additional charges or issue a full refund of ₹1,699.

I am sharing my genuine shopping experience so other customers can make informed purchasing decisions.

PLORVIZ, I expect you to take responsibility and resolve this matter immediately.
