Excellent service and knives
So far no stars as I haven't received the stripping knives I ordered. Customer Services have provided me with a tracking number and my parcel seems to be stuck in a Royal Mail office somewhere. I can't resolve this it has to be the sender so Pluck and Shine themselves. It is only just over a week since I placed my order so I will contact them tomorrow to let them know I have no order yet!
Additional review:
We exchanged e-mails and the result was an instant sending out of new stripping knives. They are excellent knives and since the original order I have ordered one more - delivery was seamless that time.

We had a lovely email exchange and immediately sent out a replacement, which arrived at the same day as the original did. The first order was stuck somewhere within the Royal Mail process, but everything was resolved. We hope you enjoy your collection of Classic knives.
