Hello, please check the tracking number LA093204595SE at postnord.dk. We have shipped your order and according to the tracking number the package has been collected from a pickup center. Not trustworthy

I ordered two products, one of which was the wrong size, which is also confirmed by the pictures. I informed the seller about the mistake, and they responded within 3 days, but then they did not respond to my two letters of inquiry for two weeks, only after I contacted PayPal, after which they contacted me immediately. To be fair, after a few exchanges of letters, they offered to refund the price of the product if I returned the faulty product, but the postage would have cost me a lot more than what I originally paid for the company. , so even if I were to refund If I had, I would have lost even more money by returning it. Also, I couldn't even be sure that the refund would actually happen, since not only did they send the wrong product, but they didn't even respond until I contacted PayPal. I'm sorry that the reputation was not worth the price of the t-shirt to them, so I had to accept the minor loss, i.e. pay once for nothing.

The first mail from the customer was actually responded 3 days later. We offered the customer a full refund of both the product and also the shipping cost. We also offered to send money in advance for the shipping cost but the customer declined. He wanted us to send money for the product as well in advance before returning anything. However we can only refund a product after a return is received which is normal for any re-seller. Customer says he would have lost even more money by returning which is not the case as we offered a full refund of both the product and the shipping cost. Customer reported the case to Paypal who made a decision in our favour but customer still declined to send back anything. Too bad a purchase can come to this.
