Ordered shoes over 2weeks ago, still nothing has arrived and no response after purchasing product and paid for1-3 business day shipping. How can they get away with this? Straight up theft

I've ordered a pair of shoes a week ago saying it will be shipped in 1 to 3 business days, I have not received a tracking number, I have emailed, messaged and went on live chat with no response.. They have taking my money though. Also today I went on goggle to find a direct number but I says it's permanently closed.. What is happening???

Hi, I ordered an essential jumper on the 11th of December 2023. The description says it will be shipped in 1- 4 days . The funds have been taken from my credit card. I’m still waiting for the item. No email confirmation , no tracking information. I have sent them 2 emails asking for an update but still haven’t received a response. So far not impressed.

Plughub plugged me with my favourite shoes Jordan 1 High Lost and Founds. Everything was smooth from checkout to delivery. Highly recommended

Clearly the positive reviews are all fake as trying to hid the negatives reviews.

I recently brought shoes from this Business through click and collect at there Sydney warehouse. The owner was extremely helpful, he organised my pickup on a last minute occasion and I managed to get the birthday gift to the person in time.

I'll admit I was skeptical about ordering from this website after reading the reviews but I gave them a chance anyway due to the great prices they offered compared to other websites and PlugHub, you've got a new fan in me! I ordered a pair of sneakers and they arrived the next day. When I opened the box, I was thrilled to find the sneakers I'd been eyeing, and they fit perfectly. But the icing on the cake was the adorable sneaker keychain that came with my order. I will definitely be ordering from PlugHub again if they can fulfill my sneaker needs like they have :)

Brought a pair of shoes 9 days ago haven't heard from them and they haven't shipped them either have messaged them a few times over last couple of days with no reply feel stuck in limbo now contacting afterpay for a refund wish I read reviews before buy from there Web site I would avoid and but from another store will never shop here again very bad customer service feel ripped off

Bought a pair of nike air Jordan 1 mid panda for $360.00 in September last year and they are fake please be aware if buying from this company

Poor service. Be wary if you decide to use this company. Ordered a pair of sneakers, but received something totally unrelated to footwear. To their credit, I did end up getting what I ordered. But I would not recommend this company. Purchase at your own risk.

Beware before you buy. They do not accept returns or exchanges even though their policy states that they will consider it. No store credit. Nothing.
