The facilities are very welcoming and clean. The atmosphere is relaxing and it is such a great place to escape to. The staff is also very professional and sweet.

I’ve been a frequent Plug In goer since I arrived in Denmark in 2024!
I loved the community so much I took on a job as a receptionist, which was a great experience! Being part of the plug in team immensely fuels the soul with genuine colleagues and sauna Gus goers I feel part of a family, a family I can count on, that is truly there for me and now as a therapist working alongside with Plug In, I can for the first time in my life say I have Job Satisfaction
The opportunities plug in offer their staff is endless, the founders Hjalte and Julie and godsends and the most down to earth people.

I’m grateful I found Plug In all my initial memories and positive experiences are linked to Plug In.
I’m excited to be part of a rapidly growing team and this was the most easiest review to write, in fact I have to stop myself from rambling

10 stars to PLUGIN

I had 7 tickets available and initially booked 3 for a sauna session. When a fourth person wanted to join, I cancelled and rebooked for 4. Shortly after, that person cancelled, so I tried to cancel again to rebook for 3 — but I suddenly realized that all 7 tickets were gone. All this happened within 60 minutes
I contacted support three times but never received any response.
The staff at the location in Amager were very kind and allowed the three of us to enter the sauna that day, which I appreciated. However, the lost tickets were never restored.
I visit regularly and live nearby, so losing 7 tickets due to what seems like a very aggressive policy and a system issue — with no reply from customer service — is very disappointing.

I love Plug-In, and after a year of big changes it became my happy place. Fantastic facilitators,
all very present, grounded and inspired. You always leave feeling revitalised, present and optimistic about life and the universe. 🙏🏻💫

Amazing experience and amazing atmosphere

Great session, super heat and perfect flow

My experience with the instructor and the facility has been fantastic. I just think the Coloseum sauna room could be cleaned a bit more, as I could still smell leftover sweat. It’s not a major issue, I just have a sensitive nose.

I started going to plugin to help relieve tension headaches and stress based on the rec of a friend, and boy was I nervous. Going alone to a social space scared me and I was worried I might feel pressured by those around me to stay longer than I could handle with the headaches. But plug in has built a beautiful, welcoming community that provides a safe space for those alone or with their friends. The Sanagus/facilitators are kind and welcoming and navigate well inviting you to push your comfort zone while also holding space for you to do what you need in the moment. I’ve since brought several friends and shared my experience with others and still feel comfortable going alone because the community is so kind. The large group of facilitators makes it easy to find a variety of themes or if you’re a creature of habit it’s also easy to find different themes that meet your style. The same goes for the style of sauna. Both the Amager and Sydhavn locations are easy to find, clean, and well cared for though the lockers at Amager are an added bonus.

I go almost every week, and it’s honestly one of the best parts of my routine. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and every sauna session feels different but always amazing. The scents, the music, and the energy from the instructors make it such a unique experience — it’s not just a sauna, it’s therapy for both body and mind.

You walk out feeling refreshed, calm, and full of good energy every single time. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a reset or just wants to treat themselves to something truly special.

This place makes me go High, low and deep in every session - love my “me time” there 2-3 times a week ….

I've tried many sauna gus experiences in Copenhagen, and the Plugin Heat Club is by far the most professional and comfortable of them all, at a reasonable price. The Amager venue is very well set-up, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is just great. Also, worth mentioning that the change rooms, toilets, sauna and cold plunge pools are clean, which isn't always the case in other places. 5/5 and highly recommend the "Flow" sessions to unwind on the weekend.

Plugin Heat Club delivers a top-notch wellness experience. The sauna sessions are exceptionally good — perfectly choreographed and deeply relaxing and revitalizing. The atmosphere is laid-back but elevated with groovy electronic beats that set the right mood without being overwhelming. A great place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy a stylish, relaxed vibe.
