If you have problems getting plugins to work, compatibility issues, or any other legitimate problems with one of my plugins and your site, I will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase (if all conditions are met below).

After 30 days, no refunds will be given (unless I believe there is a legitimate reason).

Before a refund will be given, you must allow me to try and help solve any problems you have by opening a support ticket.

I stand behind all of my plugins and will assist you in solving pretty much any problems you have, but I also expect you to adequately understand what you are purchasing and why. Every plugin has a full demo available which allows you to try all features of the plugin before purchasing, by purchasing I assume you have used the demo and understand everything that is included with the plugin, including the features, and capabilities.

This is directly from the refund policy. I do NOT put any kind of code into my plugins that requires active licenses, meaning anybody can easily just purchase and then request a refund. Which they do ... constantly. I am strict about my policy because I know the support I provide is top notch and if you request a refund with a legitimate reason and not just say "give me refund" 99% of the time I do.

Specifically you must allow me to try and resolve the issue you're having, I don't just blindly issue refunds. I know my plugins work, so do the 5,000+ active websites using it. 99.99% of all issues are compatibilities with poorly coded themes or plugins (which 99.99% of the time i'm able to resolve), and if i can't resolve, then I will issue a refund. I however do not issue refunds just because you decide you no longer want the plugin.

My plugins are running on thousands of sites without issues, but without requesting support and providing specifics there's no way I can help. I also do provide refunds per the policy https://plugins.smyl.es/refund-policy/ which states you must allow me to try and help resolve the issue before a refund will be granted

This is simply not true. This plugin has been in development for 10 years now, and is recommended by Automattic and theme developers alike. I do not "remove" reviews from my site, they are all legitimate and from actual clients. Your review was clearly from frustration and anger about features you expected to exist, and as the TOS states you must allow me to resolve the issue, which you did not respond. You clearly did not read the product description and had some kind of expectation of the functionality included in the plugin.
