I thought i hadn't received the package, and with their cooperation it turns out it was delivered behind my garden gate. They were cooperative

I was pleased with the Apron when it arrived, however i was surprised that the product I ordered was in China and then had to be shipped so it took 3 weeks. Plug-in were helpful and responded to my request to track arrival .

What I ordered looked really good in person and didn't take all month to get to me!looking

Return and exchange from Europe worked very well

The packet was finally delivered after 3 bad deliveries. That would be 1 star. But Chris of customerservice was very well and a big help.

Brilliant service. I was a bit nervous using the site as it wasn't one I was familiar with. The shoes arrived much faster than expected and were exactly as described. Unfortunately there were too small, but the team were incredibly quick to respond to my refund request and the refund was issued later the same day! Very impressed.

Outstanding customer service

I ordered a watch but one particular model was out of stock. Chris searched for the particular model and while he was unable to find it he found one very similar and sent me another watch free of charge. This was incredible customer care abd am extremely thankful they just arrived and they look great

Brilliant! When the shoes I ordered were too small, they exchanged them easily and quickly. They responded quickly to my emails. Brilliant customer service!

The first pair of shoes I ordered were a little small and the customer service was fantastic they sent a replacement pair immediately and a returns label for the old pair. The shoes are fab!

Good service on my order, the cycle lock was a brilliant design and with its holder makes a very compact package which is also a very secure system. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Excellent service and great value for money on my Amazon Echo 4th generation. Even gave NHS discount thanks to Chris for sorting that out. Really quick delivery and everything was described. Would highly recommend this company.

I purchased an item from this seller after doing lots of research they had the item I wanted cheaper than anyone else.
They dispatched the item straightaway via Yodel and sent me the tracking info. Unfonunately Yodel lost it. I messaged the seller and they/Chris has been so amazing and went above and beyond to resolve even though it wasn't their fault.
They rushed me out a replacement via royal mail 48 hours delivery and just kept me informed on everything.
Also Chris is extremely knowledgeable and offered/provide some amazing free IT and techno advice and guidance
I honestly cannot praise plugin trading post enough, they have been awesome, the customer service I received is the best I've ever had, proper old fashioned 100% customer care. Will definitely be buying from again. Just wish i had found this store ages ago.
