Engineer arrived in the time slot provided and efficiently installed my Ohme charging kit in under two hours. Electricity disconnected for only 5 minutes, so very little disruption. Explained how the app worked with the charger and identified in the app the car I would be charging. All left neat and tidy

Excellent service. Turned up at the specified time was polite, respectful and knowledgeable. Tidied up and left no mess. Talked us through the installation and use of the app.

Received many communications that engineer would come at 8am and sure enough he did. He was very polite and showed him what we wanted. Je did exactly as we wanted and left everything clean and tidy. Clearing up after himself.
