Trustworthy, reliable and excellent workers. Delighted with my new bathroom

I woke up one morning to find that my basement was flooded. Panic set in as I had no idea what to do. The dispatcher was calm and collected, assuring me that help was on the way. Within 30 minutes, a technician arrived, equipped and ready to tackle the mess. He quickly assessed the problem, explained the steps he would take to resolve the issue, and got to work. Not only did he efficiently remove the water, but he also identified a drainage issue that could have caused further flooding in the future. The level of expertise and professionalism was impressive. I’m so grateful for their quick response and excellent service.

Overcharged me for a new Boiler ..
He never gives you the full itinerary-and fits a cheaper model for a full price.
Plus the boiler was faulty ..and he never filled out the validation record.

Plumb Squad to the rescue! I can’t tell you the agony finding the right toilet seat to replace broken has caused. I thought this could be a simple trip to ScrewFix but hell no! 2 trips later & at war with the net I needed professional support. Just one photo of the toilet sent to Plumb Squad found me the perfect match. My bum has never been so satisfied.

Had a leaking bathroom tap which was affecting the property below me. Called Plumbsquad and Tom was very efficient in terms of giving an accurate arrival time, letting me know when he was on route and then letting me know what the problem was and fixing it. His pricing was clear and didn't involve any "unexpected costs".
Would definitely be using him again should the need arise and would recommend him if you want a fast and reliable service.

Very dishonest & unprofessional: Damaged our property badly - apparently uninsured & false billing for materials.

We had a very bad experience with Thomas. We hired him because he gave the impression of being honest and hard working. The job was to move our heaters and lay new piping. 

Unfortunately, he deceived us badly. Punched through the ceiling when doing the plumbing job, damaging the electric system. Admitted they were at fault, and promised to fix the damage. But he never did.

No answer to our calls, only abusive messages. Asked him to report this to his insurance to cover any costs - no reply, which leads us to believe is uninsured. Billing for materials seemed to high so checked with the supplier. Supplier quotes considerably lower prices, so he apparently overcharged us. Now of course refuses to provide copies of the invoices. 

In our experience, Thomas is very dishonest and unprofessional.

Wish I could give less starts. hide their prices behind a well written speech. Avoid at all costs their cowboys

Thomas came a month ago as water pressure on boiler playing up. Charged £480 to power flush radiators.
Tenant called last weekend to say boiler had stopped working completely. We tried to contact Tom on mobile, text and website. Radio silence! He subsequently complained that we’d tried to contact him on the weekend even though his website offers this service. Then refused to look at the boiler or try and resolve it.
Consequently just spent another £2300 on getting issue diagnosed plus new boiler and installation with another plumber. Needless to say we’re not happy with the indifference shown under the circumstances and thought it best to leave this review.

Andrew visited the property within a couple of hours of the call. He was great from start to finish. The price was very reasonable for the service. I would have no hesitation using Plumb Squad/Andrew again.

Brilliantly efficient service. I would highly recommend them. They have always given me a very competitive price and the work has always been completed to the highest standard. All the employees who have worked on my properties have always been very polite, efficient and punctual which can sometimes be hard to find in a modern day plumber, i will definitely be using them again.

I have been using Tom and Alex for some years now at my properties and they have always given an excellent service.

I have recommended them to friends and family and they have given me the same feedback.
