Prices are very competitive and easy to use site. Only concern is when I tried to confirm the booking, it was not accepted and when I restarted the room rate had increased.

The buying process was OK, however I do want to share the feedback that there needs to be more support or direct heads up when buying tickets. I have no idea what tickets I bought, besides the row. I wanted to buy another ticket but since it is not shared what tickets I bought, I have no way of knowing which ones to buy. I called customer support, and they told me there was literally nothing they could to to help me (not add a ticket to my purchase, not give me the seats I have in order to buy the addition, not even by helping me leave a note in some way to have them seated together, and not even to give me back the order and I would just do a new one, even though I did the purchase an hour and a half ago). Honestly, next time I would prefer to do the purchase directly with the official site, as this was regretfully not a good customer experience/support.
Do NOT book a hotel stay with Plumbenefits! Extremely disorganized and unprofessional! Please be aware of the micro print when purchasing hotel stays! Ti get a response takes well over 72 hours. When you reach a customer service you are told to wait for a response. I had a 2 night reservation worth almost $1k. Had a last minute family emergency & requested a credit or option to reschedule! Plum could not help as they needed answers from a 3rd party!! They did not show any consideration. I was told i must cancel my reservation to be considered for a refund or reschedule option! Which is BS and a scam. No flexibility toward customers. No consideration towards customers. Would’ve given zero stars if possible.
My tickets were never sent to my account. I had to purchase new tickets at the gate. I called for a refund, they said I never reached out to try to resolve, which is a blatant lie since we were chatting with their agent yesterday. Horrible experience.
Still no update from this company. They are so basically crooks. I purchased a hotel room within the 24 hour cancel range for a hotel that is no longer operating under the name four points by Sheraton - that was the name I purchased when I went to Google the address Google states permanently closed. After calling spending so much time to try to get my money back I figured out that the new name is best western. They have zero understanding and were not helpful what so ever. Waste of 350. Can’t believe this is a northwell backed site when they commit fraud. It’s disgusting that I have to go lengths months later to even try and recoup my money. Huge mistake do not book with them.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Not only the ticket was not delivered 48 hours prior to performance, I had to spend 30 min on the phone to get the tickets emailed. But the worst part was that the website is tricking while you reserve your seat. You think you are buying orchestra tickets, but if you don't check it, you are destined to be very disappointed, as it might be only Mezzanine. They do it on purpose to confuse you, very clear marketing campaign.

I am not very happy I went to book my hotel for next weekend got to check out and I couldn't BECAUSE A MESSAGE CAME UP DISCREPANCY in price. I was asked to close out of the window and try again. I did that twice again the same message. On the 3 attempt the price increased. this is so unfair how do you change the price in the middle of the day. If it wasn't for a funeral, I would cancel all together.

You tell me I can cancel my reservation within the next 3 hours even for a non refundable hotel. But when I click cancel my reservation it takes me to the dumb website where I am unable to do anything and obviously the window to cancel will lapse. Unbelievably horrible customer service.

We rented a car through Plum Benefit for a family trip, and the experience was extremely frustrating. When we went to pick up the vehicle, the dealership charged my husband the full price for the car instead of honoring the rental arrangement.
I immediately contacted Plum Benefit to request a refund. Unfortunately, customer service repeatedly submitted tickets but never actually resolved the issue. I had to keep calling over and over again, with no real progress or accountability.
What they advertise as a “deal” turned out not to be a deal at all—we could have rented a vehicle elsewhere for less and avoided all this trouble.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to do business with them. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I booked a hotel through plum benefits that was non refundable, but I realized shortly after I booked the wrong hotel. I reached out to get a refund as It was still 6 weeks in advance of the trip and they said the hotel has to do It. I called Marriott and they were more than accommodating but said plum benefits has to call them to issue the refund directly. Plum benefits refused to do so, I called every single day and each day It was a new obstacle and a new moronic employee jerking me around. It’s been 5 weeks now still haven’t received refund.

I booked a room for a trip planned the following weekend. A winter storm came through and the state of Virginia was in a State of Emergency & we were advised to stay off of the roads & not to travel. Do you think they allowed me to cancel or even get a credit for when my trip was re-scheduled? NOPE! Please take my advice & do not use! I will book directly with the hotel in the future. My friends that booked direct were able to be refunded!
To their reply, I'm happy that I'm not the only one who has spent hours on the phone between Plum Benefits, the Hotel (which was Hilton btw), and Expedia which handles the bookings for Plum Benefit. The only difference is that your employees & those companies I mentioned employees, are getting compensated for their time as I was not. Add that to the $120+ dollars that I'm out of. The rich just keep getting richer by taking advantage of average middle income Americans like myself!

Absolutely horrible! Booked through “my trusted” work discount site .. I know I choose a refundable rate because my dates were up on the air - called to change by one day - same # of nights and they couldn’t .. stated if I canceled I’d be charged in full all I paid 1598! Called Hilton they wouldn’t care if I changed it but plum benefits wouldn’t . Called spoke to someone she stated she would check into it for me and I’d receive reply in 72 hrs got reply it was denied. So planned to work around it called hotel today they canceled my reservation!!!!! I never authorized that I would’ve never purposely lost all that money! Called back their telling me because they looked into a refund that meant if denied I’d forfeit whole dollar amount, I mean seriously? Are these people joking !?!?!? What a scam
