Booked a hotel room for 3/13-3/15 but had to cancel because my son doctor rescheduled his sleep study so I called to cancel my stay and was told i can't get a refund and that it was a nonrefundable room when I booked it their was no option at all for refundable or nonrefundable room and no where in the description did it state that ,the cancellation policy said if you do not show on the day of check in the hotel has the right to cancel and charge you is all it said when I said that to customer service representative she was very quiet and try to tell me that's what that mean so she put in a request to the hotel to give approval for the refund a couple of hours later I received a email that said she spoke with Krupa at the front desk and Krupa told her they couldn't approve it so I called and spoke with Krupa and she advised that she indeed stated they can do the refund because the funds hadn't reached them as of yet so I reached back out to plum benefits and I got another email still trying to say that I couldn't get a refund that I will have to get a approval letter from front desk before reaching out to them directly so I called back the front desk explained to them the email I received and I was told their is no such thing as a approval letter all they have to do is call them and they will confirm the refund thanks to Richard the social media management for plum benefits and his fast actions I was able to receive my full refund he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I 1000% appreciate it and very happy with the outcome

They listed a hotel that is permanently closed, and when I requested a refund, they said I would need to contact the hotel myself. The worst customer service that is not trained to assist you, rather they kept hanging up on you to make you stop calling back.

On hotel listings they clearly state "ALL FEES INCLUDED" and then when you get to check out, buried in the cancellation policy, they note an additional resort fee of $40 per day will be added by the hotel. This is extremely misleading, and is also illegal. I attempted to call support but no one picked up.

I originally experienced an issue where my Broadway ticket order was mistakenly processed for the Las Vegas location instead of New York. At first, I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility due to the tickets being marked as final sale. However, the matter has since been resolved, and I appreciate the assistance provided in correcting the situation

I bought a pass to Maddam Tussaud’s Wax Museum for Monday Night with a timed entry for 6:30. The website upsold me another attraction called Sea Life for an additional charge.
I went to the attraction of Maddam Tussaud’s at 6:30. Got done at 7:30. Was told Sea Life closed at 5 pm with no option to come back.
I spoke to 4 different customer service agents the next day including 2 supervisors with no resolution except to tell me my full refund was denied. Each time explaining that I wanted a refund to the exhibit that was clearly closed! Filed a corporate complaint with no resolution/response.

After selecting a king sized room and going to check out, the website would not let me complete the transaction because there was a price discrepancy. It directed me to empty my cart and start again, which I did. I made the exact same selections and proceeded to check out. When my checkout was completed, I got the confirmation for a twin bedroom that sleeps two. First off, how in the world is that possible?? Second off, I did not select twin bed, I very clearly and certainly selected a king bed. I called customer service and they were unhelpful and rude. They told me that I could not edit or cancel my reservation without being penalized because it was after the refund date- which is literally the day BEFORE I made the purchase. A laughable and seemingly illegal process from the start to the end. Very frustrating way to lose $200. Will not use plumb benefits moving forward as it is deceiving and illegitimate.

Plum benefits is a fraud and is actively stealing money from customers. I booked a round trip flight with plum benefits and my return flight was cancelled by the airlines. This was during the fcc cancellations. The airlines were offering full refunds for cancelled flights; so I canceled and booked the next flight home with a different airline (not through plum) the airline has since issued refunds for my cancelled flight( I checked as I still have the ticket numbers) Plum has not yet refunded me the over 500 dollars for the cancelled flight. Their customer service is not helpful and any request I make is immediately closed. This is fraud!

I booked a car rental back on September 21, 2025 and canceled it the same day. Plum Benefits still charged me and refused to give me my refund. Whenever I call their customer service, they keep telling me that someone will reach back out to me and till now, no one has. The only thing I receive from them is junk emails. Even after numerous calls and emails sent to them, I have not received any response or refund. I can't imagine how many other people they've done this to. Plum Benefits will frustrate you. They're not worth it.

I purchased tickets for the Billie Eiilish concert tomorrow back in May. The email stated that I would receive those tickets on or before the 25th of October. I called on Friday to inform them that I had not received the tickets and was informed that I would in the next 24hrs! That did not happen so I called back and was told I would receive them tonight! That was another lie! The concert is tomorrow and I was told to call back at 8an! The worst experience I’ve ever had and I will Never use this company again.

Never did I have preferred access in hand tickets; the email stated they would be emailed to me on our before October 25th!!! I don’t care about your past success rates; do your research before you respond, but since you didn’t let me reiterate!!!
FRIDAY OCTOBER 24th I CALLED TO SEE WHY I HADN’T RECEIVED THE TICKETS AND WAS INFORMED BY YOUR CUSTOMER REP WHO BY THE WAY COULDN’T FIND IT BY THE ORDER NUMBER I PROVIDED BECAUSE HE DIDN’T UNDERSTAND THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN 800 AND 8000!!! I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET THEM IN 24 hrs WRONG!! ON SATURDAY OCTOBER 25th I CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD BY THAT CUSTOMER REP THAT I WOULD HAVE THEM BEFORE THE NIGHT ENDED!!! WRONG AGAIN!! Beware of Hidden Fees and Overcharges
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was overcharged by around $100 compared to the price listed on the direct site. When I asked for an explanation about the additional taxes and fees, the company refused to provide any clarification. Their so-called “discount” actually cost me more than booking directly. This site is misleading and not transparent about their pricing—definitely not worth the trouble.

I would give 1/2 a star if I could. Absolutely terrible customer service. Booked a flight online through Plum Benifits and recieved no phone call at all about the flight not being confirmed. Then when I tried to rebook the flight was almost $400 higher and Plum Benifits refused to compensate the difference. Exact same thing happened earlier this year with a flight to Europe where no correspondence was given after a flight I booked through Plum Benifits online wasn't confirmed. Stay far away from booking anything through this organization as they care nothing about their customers or the additional cost their customers incurred due their gross negligence and incompetence.

I ordered three tickets to see Heather’s at the New World stages in New York, New York for my daughter’s 17th birthday (for Her and her two friends) last weekend. They were about $150 each so the total was close to $475 with everything in. They charged my AMEX, and I received an email saying that I was going to receive a link to a weeks before the actual show. Well, I never received that link and I wrote to customer service six days before the event, who actually never got back to me! I work full-time as a surgeon and didn’t have the time to call them during normal business hours and stay on hold, so I decided to just show up at the box office and they didn’t have the tickets there! They told me that it was immediately returned after it was purchased. But then I never saw a refund on my AMEX and I was definitely charged and I had all the proof that I had paid, and that I never received any notification that it was returned. I called Plum benefits out of Shear anger for ruining my daughter’s birthday, and all they did was refund me my money. They literally ruined my daughter’s birthday celebration, and all they could do is return the money that I paid for tickets that never existed apparently. AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE WAS NICE, BUT HE WASN’T ABLE TO DO A THING. He told me that the people who make the decisions are far removed from them, and they have no power whatsoever. What a horrible experience.!! do not trust Plum benefits for an important event! Customer service was horrible and it literally ruined our celebration! Just terrible
Btw— I ended up buying same-day tickets for Orchestra seats, but they all had to set apart. And they were half the price that they were through on benefits. And I was told that that was the face value, the ticket price didn’t change just because I was there buying them that day (in other words, it was not a different price because it was last minute). So not only did Plum benefits try to steal my money without delivering product, but they doubled the price.
