No hidden fees except the hourly charge rate

No pricing on the website. Says it’s free call out and no hidden fees. Used quote feature on the site for an emergency with our boiler, they called and said there would be a £50 plumber booking fee. Came and checked the issue, was here maybe 10 minutes and did very little other than explain how a boiler works (the issue was my fault as i had left the filling loop valve open by accident, fixed by turning it off) Then told us it was £200 for the booking fee + 1hour time slot….. for 10minutes of pressing some buttons and chatting!! At least the guy was knowledgeable. But thats mad!
