Thanks for your review. According to the tracking information and after having spoken to the shipping provider directly, your parcel is showing as successfully delivered. However, we understand you’ve not been able to locate it, and as mentioned, we are already investigating this further with the courier.
Just to clarify, these review invitations are automatically triggered once delivery is confirmed by the courier. This is done to ensure an independent and unbiased review process, but we appreciate that in situations like this, the timing can be frustrating.

Not worth the trouble
Was ordered on next business day delivery, came 2 days later, this meant the item was not needed anymore as arrived too late. When requesting a return, was sent a link with a QR code, no information as to which courier the code belonged too. I had to do my own investigating to find out who it was, as customer service was absolutely useless. I managed to send item, and emailed in regards to a refund, once i saw it had been delivered. I received a response saying that i had not started a return request and the i should do so. I then sent them the returns receipt and proof of delivery. They responded saying they had indeed received the item and i would receive my refund up to 30 days. Once refund was processed, i find out that they are taking postage off of my refund. So I would never recommend this company. Shocking customer services and the phone number is constantly engaged. 1 star given as cant give 0

Regarding your return, we’re sorry you found the QR code unclear. The courier information is included in the return email, and we’re glad you were able to locate it and complete the return. Many customers use this system without issue, but we’ll review the wording to ensure it’s even clearer going forward.
We’ve re-reviewed the market and can confirm that the price you paid was the most competitive available for this item at the time of purchase.
To keep our pricing as competitive as possible, we do not advertise or offer free returns. As outlined in our returns policy (available in multiple places across our website) we deduct the return postage cost from the refund. In your case, this was £3.58.
While we regret you had difficulty reaching us by phone, we can confirm that we responded promptly to your queries via both email and our website’s chat function. Our team works hard to support customers across all channels and always aims to reply as quickly as possible. We also regret that we were unavailable for contact yesterday due to the bank holiday.
