We were then informed by the supplier of a few extra days of delays, we then attempted to call you and left an email stating there was going to be delayed by a couple of days but never received a resposne.
Your order was shipped on Friday and will be with you today 13/03/2023.
I appreciate your frustration and apologize for the delay, if you order with us again anytime soon please ensure to check the "delivery available in" just to avoid any disappointment with the lead time.
