Ordered part for to recondition a 44 year old Mira 722 shower. The part was delivered the following day. The packaging was absolutely first class. Other online companies could learn a thing or two as is, unfortunately my experience. I would highly recommend Hurst Heating & plumbing services for their prompt attention to detail. I was looking for chrome compression fittings and I found their website very easy to navigate and select what I wanted. They were proactively engaged in communicating with me regarding a delivery which exceeded my expectations from my experience with other on line purchases.

I placed an order for a 24hr flash timer 07/11/2022. Still not arrived 26/11/2022. No despatch notice. Absolutely disgraceful service. I will never use again. No heating in part of the house because of this. Website says ope 11 - 6 Saturdays tried all day same recorded message "No one available to take your call'. I want a refund not the product. Zero communication.

Ordered item on line. Wrong item sent. I phoned but message indicated that phone is not being answered at the moment .It suggested email for response
. Three emails later there is still no response. I noted from reviews that it is a common experience with this company. I could not recommend this company.

Customer service is non-existent. I was sent the wrong order. I send three emails in the past week and have gotten no response. I phoned, and they have an automatic message that says: "Dear Customer, due to the present circumstances, we are unable to answer your phone call. We are working hard to get your orders out on time. if have queries please email salesatplumbingproducts.ie and we will get back to you as soon as possible." What a scam. Avoid at all costs.
