-Didnt have a part, notified me by text, adjusted order. Ala minute…Of the minute. So danged busy things need to happen quick. No time for BS. Rapid turnaround.

-Received all materials in perfect ready to use. Really like nice pkging. Great job! Im usually banding off to someone else. Makes it easy.
-All materials exceeded or meet plumbing code/spec. Nice gear, properly labeled. Clean, sparkly new and spiffy.
-Handled my PARTIAL return on items that came as pack. Full credit back to my card. Not a question.
Looking forward to many more transactions with plumbing sell. Good $, top of the heap customer service and get what u ordered. Imagine that!

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is their pexB pipe is the hardest pipe I have ever dealt with. A super big pain and I will never order pex pipe from them again. As for customer service and pex fittings I give them a 5 star rating. good prices

Customer Service refused to honor discount from previous order
I ordered 6 - 200 foot rolls of PEXA and was delivered 6 - 200 foot rolls of PEXB. I did delay in reporting the error due to warehouse training. When I contacted the seller I was told it was too late (6 months) to return but they would issue me a 10% credit off the next order. When I called Customer Service they informed me they did not sell 200 foot rolls of pex. No further assistance was offered. I did try to order another $525 of PEXA and was told they would not honor the 10% discount. The Customer Service is non-existant.

Slow order processing
It took over 2 weeks to receive my order. Shipping was almost a week, no problem with that but it took the store over a week to gather up and ship 5 items! Terrible service.
