I highly recommend this company. I was looking to purchase materials for two Heat Pump installations at my modernised farmhouse property. The team at PlumbingSupplies24 were super helpful and patient in sourcing the correct products for my specification, providing quotes and delivery dates that were very competitive.
Ordered a bath which still has not arrived. After constant ringing to find out about my order I spoke to someone who was meant to call me back but still waiting. Can’t get hold of anyone on the phone and my emails have been ignored. I have completely waisted my time ans I am now going to have to fight for a refund. Don’t order from them if you actually want to receive the item

Was not sure about this company as they have no web reviews. I called them and they answered with a different company name. The item I wanted was priced at a much cheaper price online, she said it was incorrectly priced and would be 50% more than that.

Unfortunately every now and then an item is priced wrongly. We have over 2000 products and price check regularly but sometimes due to human error one slips through.
