I fail to see how rescheduling appointments is worth over £2000. Also any issues I had were entirely down to very serious illness which forced changes to arrangements on me.
If you ordered materials I am sure that as a bathroom company you would be able to use them on another job. Your offer of installing bathroom items elsewhere fails to take account of the fact that the bathroom extension was part of a bigger job which had to be carried out by the builder I had contracted. The bathroom by the way was to accommodate the needs of my very sick husband.
Your attitude lacks consideration for your clients in the most devastating time of their lives and is quite shameful. In case you think I am exaggerating the issue of illnes, my husband is now seriously ill in hospital and requires 24 hour care.

Installed a Bathroom at my mothers house who is in her eighties, the shower screen was damaged, they promised to change it as a "gesture of goodwill" which it wasn't as it was faulty and they advertise that any problem will be rectified, 13 months later they are still no closer to resolution, I have now emailed them and Which Trusted Traders (they use the logo on Plumb it all website) and was told they have not been members since 2017 (29.03.2023)

From our initial enquiry about a new bathroom with Plumb It All to our very recent new bathroom installation the whole experience has been excellent.
The quality of the bathroom is excellent and at a very reasonable price. We were extremely happy about the cost especially after several quotes we’d had before visiting Plumb It All.
Our bathroom fitter David is a perfectionist and the end result in his workmanship is truly amazing.
Through out the fitting we raised a few queries with Plumb it all who sorted everything asap and without delay. Can’t recommend Plumb it all enough and if I could give more stars, I would. Thanks so much for a wonderful new bathroom.

Can’t recommend plumb it all highly enough, made the whole experience a pleasant one. Bash was so helpful in the design great ideas and advice. Fitters Chris & Dillon did a superb job the finish was to a very high standard which complimented the quality of the products used we really have ended up with the bathroom of dreams thanks so much plumb it all

Excellent company all round. Done a great job and made the whole process a breeze. From the initial consultation, to the design and throughout the install they've been great to deal with. Absolutely love our new bathroom.

Not sure why they bother coming out to measure when they don't even follow up and give you a quote. They don't even return calls. If you don't want the job, don't come and waste people's time!

We are very happy with our new bathroom, Bash, Pete and the team were friendly and helpful throughout the experience, always on hand to help , thank you so much.

Had to call in daily to get a response about delays and even then unable to reach the manager Bash. The fitter Chris and Pete were polite but they couldn’t help with queries such as delays with order and we were left without a sink for weeks. We were initially informed completion would be in 2 weeks but it took 6 weeks. Even though we were pleased with the outcome we noticed a crack on the floor tile and our shower door became loose after 3 months of fitting. Once again calling the showroom over a period of 6 weeks and still unresolved and exhausted with chasing them.

We live only a few minutes away from the shop so decided to see their range of shower enclosures and a quote for a complete bathroom refurbishment. A few days later we had a design visit where Peter gave us some advice about the fitment etc. After agreeing a design and price we placed the order. Terry their fitter arrived on the day and set to ripping out the old one and kept us informed of the work schedule. His fitting was excellent and he went the extra mile to make it a bathroom to be proud of.

From start to finish Plumb it All were excellent. Pete and Bash visited to survey the bathroom and then Pete offered constructive advice on how to re-plan a little bathroom taking out a bath and replacing with a shower. Mark's workmanship was excellent and Bash visited again to ensure we were totally satisfied.

Excellent service throughout. Fair prices, with some amazing offers in the showroom. Friendly and helpful service from Pete, who measured the bathroom and advised on the fixtures and design. Our fitter Chris was brilliant, making the installation as hassle-free as possible. We're very happy with the new bathroom and would highly recommend Plumb It All.

My car wouldn’t start near to the Plumb it all shop, I was stuck with no jump Leeds and wasn’t sure on what to do, 2 helpful gentleman from the plumb it all shop provided jump Leeds for me and assisted me in getting my car started, this company is ran by people who are happy to help and therefore I can highly recommend it

What a great new bathroom we have thanks to plumb it all our fitter Chris was a pleasure to have in our house can't praise him enough

I ordered a toilet & sink combination unit from plumbitall showroom which I am over the moon with as it’s very well made and excellent value for money Also the staff at the showroom are very helpful and kept me informed with everything until the delivery date which also arrived on the correct date with a follow up email to make sure I was happy with everything would defo recommend them and will defo be using them again in the future

Well I passed/ stopped at the store as I saw the sale sign I was curious. I went in and ended up buying some tiles porcelain. But, didn’t have anyone to do the tiling. I had being looking for some tiles for the kitchen for a while. A good find. I mentioned this to one of lads there and he ( can’t remember his name) said when you collect your tiles tomorrow I’ll get you a number of a tiler. Well his father was at the shop when I went in the next day. I explained the situation the father rang a few people (tiler) while I was there he told me to leave it with him. Rang in today, they passed my number on to a tiler and I’m just waiting for his call.
What a rare experience a real family involvement. The son’s are polite and friendly the staff accommodating, helpful and friendly and the father a font of knowledge in his field charming and , friendly .
What a real family store.
