I purchased a product with my client .
My client saw the picture and the wording of the product. When the product arrived it wasn't the same as the colour picture and the product had a different name. I lost the job.
I would strongly advise not purchasing anything from this company.

Purchased thinking it was a Saniflo product as it had this written in large letters on the page. When delivered it was a cheaper copy, dimensions stated on the website were also completely wrong, meaning the item doesn't fit. I've contacted customer services who haven't yet responded. Not impressed!

The macerator ordered was not the one I ordered, it was too big, so it had to be returned, I didn't hear from your office, so had to chase up with four emails.
Collection was a mix up, was told parcel force would collect, instead had a sticker bar code sent to me, which meant I then had to get it printed off and then had to carry it to the post office, when it was all the company's fault. Not happy.

They was quick delivery but sent me the wrong item a item that wasn’t even on there website when I contacted them about it they never done anything about it.

Competitively priced & speedy delivery but to early to review on quality as just fitted

Please don't sell fake saniflow products with there description and grantees! It's illegal !
Just sell the macerator as a copy not with another products details

ordered a masticator pump, selected the recommended toilet to go with it. pump arrived the next day, no sign of the toilet. Contacted customer service who gave an instant refund on the toilet (no option to have one sent after) so I had to find a loo from another place which arrived a week or so later. When I got that and unpacked the pump, it wasn't as advertised (unknown manufacturer, wider than advert and so basically wouldn't fit.) Again contacted customer service, who said the website measurements were incorrect and sent me a return shipping label. Returned it (24 hr delivery) and since then nothing. No refund, have contacted them a few times with no reply, nearly a month later I'm still out of pocket

Awful customer service, impossible to get hold of and talk to.
The product I bought online shown certain dimensions, which was the reason I bought the product as I had limited space. When the product arrived, the dimensions were totally wrong, not even close!
Then like previously mentioned, trying to get hold of somebody proved impossible. I eventually got an email with a returns label. I have sent the item back, but still haven't received the funds back.
I certainly wouldn't recommend this company or reuse again.

Different toilet sent than the one ordered, turns out some of the photos used on the website are photoshopped to look better than they actually are.

Really easy to order and arrived less than 48hrs later

The toilet macerated I bought made me satisfied and does everything I was hoping for. Fantastic buy, with all the accessories needed. Recommended!

Ordered what I thought was a saniflo product, it has big lettering saying SANIFLO but the smaller print says it’s an alternative, jubilee clips missing, very basic instructions contradicting itself ie check valve required but found out later it’s supplied in the elbow that comes with the macerator although it says no bends within 300mm of the product showing it comes vertical from the product?? No phone number or knowhere to find any technical problems or if it was faulty who to contact to repair.

My order was delivered the next day. I contacted a member of staff about the product and I got an instant reply. My plumber fitted it in quick time as it replaced my Sanislim and fitted no problem. Works well and job done. Thank you.

You sold me a macerator pump and in your website you had the saniflo trademark.
The product is not saniflo, it also has parts missing and no installation instruction.
And you havnt bothered to reply to my emails.
I will be reporting to trading standards

Truth be told.... Initially I thought the company was dodgy and regretted making an order after reading the reviews..I contacted them and thr phone kept ringing...when someone did pick up, they sounded very cagey and stated that my delivery was processed and I would receive an email from royal mail but they could not give me the reference number...I was tempted to cancel my order and ask for a refund...I could not have been more wrong. I received an email from royal mail (it was around 10pm in the night) stating that they have the tap and it would be sent to my local depot for delivery..... The tap arrived earlier than I expected it and it was the item as advertised on the site for cheaper than other places .I have read the reviews and either I am very lucky or others are just posting fake reviews...disclaimer...I haven't fitted the tap yet so I may be back to say something else...otherwise I am happy with my purchase

I ordered a part at 11am and the website said it would be next day delivery. However they didn't even process the order until the next day and I only got it delivered 3 days after ordering, from a different company. I had to rearrange a plumber twice
