Great quick and efficient service. Boiler sorted out with no fuss. Would definitely use again

After a couple of calls to remind him we were waiting and had no running hot water in the house and the shower (a very old dolphin shower from the 80s) had finally given up the ghost. He was quick, polite and honest and fitted a new shower for £280 and we now have the shower working again. So happy with Andrew and would not hesitate to call him again. He was the only plumber who rung us back.

Husband contacted them via their online form. Explained our situation regarding the bathroom leak and provided as much information as we could. Received a 1 line response from Andrew saying he couldnt help. No explanation as to why. Pathetic service.

I rang at 15:45 Monday as my toilet was leaking and water was coming up through the floor. I was told "Andrew" would call me back as he was on a job. At 18.30 I rang back as I'd heard nothing ( I gave them my mobile & landline), but got a recorded message and the website showed that the office was shut. I had to turn the water off at the stopcock because of the leak, and have had no water or heat for 2 1/2 hours. I've had to call an emergency plumber who can't say when they'll be out (,maybe an hour and a half) and are charging me an arm and a leg. So beware in case they lie to you too.

The Heating Engineer came out to repair my boiler, he knew exactly what was wrong straight away and it was resolved within minutes. I had never had boiling hot water since living in my property, and he realised that this was the case fairly quickly.

My taps are fixed, and my boiler and hot water have been running great since then, with no further issues.

I would highly recommend Plumbtec24 to any household that are having issues with their plumbing or heating.
