Everything about my experience was excellent! The price for the quality of the diamond and ring was great. The customer service was impeccable. I needed rush delivery, and after there was a small snafu when FedEx failed to pick up the ring, Plum Diamonds drove the ring to my house to ensure it arrived before leaving on my trip.
