The plumber was called out to replace an angle valve and flex pipe for the water cistern on the toilet and we were happy with the new parts he put in and with his quick and efficient service. The person who took the call warned me that he could not attend to our problem immediately because he was busy attending to another emergency and we were willing to wait (3 hours) because the fee sounded more reasonable than another quotation from a plumber who could respond immediately (no waiting time). The :lumit fee turned out to be more, however, than the first plumber that we had called. There was also no breakdown of charges on the invoice so it is difficult to compare this company's charges with other companies. The Plumit plumber told us that they used new parts with a 3 month guarantee so we agreed to pay the invoice but I can only give a rating of 3 stars because of the misleading fee information.

The person that assist me was very helpful. They really went out of there way to get the part.

The service team from Plumit were professional, friendly and approachable.
I was satisfied with the outcome of the service visit.

I must highlight that I had paid for the service by credit card on the day of the service (19th December) and received a "Job card Invoice".
I received the invoice (via email attachment) on the 20th December which indicated that the service fee was still outstanding.
My bank account indicated that the money was deducted on the 19th .

Plumit is reliable. They always help us on the day that we are calling. If not possible, the next day. They are affordable...not crazy prizes like other plumbers we have experienced in the past. I have recommended Plumit to other friends as well.

I had a very bad experience from Plumit regarding a quote for repairing plumbing. The young white man was very aggressive towards his helper who is a black man.
He used foul language towards the black man in front of me. He promised me a quote would be sent to me on the same day for it was an emergency, well I am still waiting for the Quote.

I requested a tax invoice via email and telephone call. I never received the tax invoice and no one from their office followed up to verify if I had received it even though I called them and asked for another copy.

The initial plumber sent out for the claim was useless and caused more problems than solutions. Had to get another company in to fix the mistakes. Very disappointed

Plumit's service to me is excellent. They just need to finish a job first time with no further leaks.
