I have had my plunge for 2 years. I have loved it every day. It maintains a cold temp. Refreshing. Simple. Fits nicely in my garage for year round use. The biggest thing for me is customer service. I had an issue with my chiller. It was out of warranty. I called in and had a wonderful experience working with DeAnne. She was so kind helping me to figure out a solve to my issue so i could get back to plunging. I'm greatful for her patience and help. Thank you so much. Highly recommend!

All of our interactions with customer service at Plunge have been wonderful. Our Plunge Sauna (which we love) needed a repair, and Plunge worked with us every step of the way. Our customer service rep read my involved emails and followed up on every detail. (Trustpilot says not to use names; otherwise, I'd give her credit) We appreciated her great customer service and excellent communication. Plunge provided a tailored solution to our situation by going the extra mile to live up to the high standards advertised on their website. As stated in their warranty, they only cover parts - not labor. If they take care of the repair using a tech they hire, there is a 4-hour minimum labor charge (at the time of this review, it was at $185/hour). Alternatively, the customer can hire their own tech to perform the repair. If, however, the customer's tech does something incorrectly, Plunge would not warranty their work. Plunge came through for us and delivered on their promise when they said, 'We’re just focused on crossing the finish line with you and getting that sauna back to 100%.' Thanks so much. It's wonderful to have our Sauna back in action!

Got my cold plunge not long ago for my wife. And let me just say best thing i could have done for her. She utilizes it every day. She says that her soreness is go e and her energy is up. Very easy to maintain. And adds a nice touch to our patio. She is now wanting to get a sauna.

I researched a lot of companies with plunge tubs and decided on Plunge due to their being clearly the best product on the market but also their exceptional offerings with warranty, white glove delivery, ease of navigating their website, great interest rates and their amazing customer service after I called to ask 101 questions. I swear I called 10 times and each time the rep was so patient with my questions. I purchased a tub and it delivered in about 10 days! The tub itself is perfection and everything they claim it is. I couldn't be happier and am now waiting for their next sale to get a sauna!

I absolutely love my cold Plunge and use it everyday. A few issues I had where I ordered my Plunge back in October of 2024 though. When my order was delivered, both my tub and chiller were incorrect. Within the next year and a half, I went through 4 chillers. However, I give credit where credit is due that Plunge's customer support helped me out and made sure everything was taken care of.

I've had the Plunge All In for almost a year now and can't imagine going back. I used to do ice baths 2-3x per month after a hard workout and loved the recovery benefits, but every time it felt like a mini mission setting it up.
The process is so seamless with the Plunge that my wife and I use it several times each week. I thought we would use it just for recovering from workouts, but its surprisingly refreshing in the relentless South Florida heat.
We're all spending more time outside enjoying our backyard and our 3 boys (9, 6, and 3) even love hopping in it.

I placed my order on Wednesday, March 24, 2026, about four hours before the business closed, and shortly afterward learned from my doctor at the Department of Veterans Affairs that a cold plunge was medically unsafe for me due to multiple surgeries and ongoing complications. I called to cancel by 8:30 AM the next morning and spoke with Tammy, before the sales department opened, and was informed that the order fulfillment had NOT begun, yet I was still charged a 5% fee ($432).
As a 100% disabled veteran on a fixed income, this cost is significant.
This review has been submitted to multiple platforms, including Trustpilot, ComplaintsBoard, Reddit, and Sitejabber. I will also be contacting veteran organizations—including DAV, Wounded Warrior Project, and Paralyzed Veterans of America—as well as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs and the VA Patient Advocacy Office to share my experience.

I love my plunge All-In hot/cold. I've had it for over a year now and use it daily. It has become a huge part of my daily routine and critical in my recovery from physical injuries.
I love the design and how flawlessly it functions. I love how I can change the temperature remotely via the app and how easy it is to maintain. We just added 2 new Plunge All-In's to our wellness center in Colfax California. Definitely a customer for life.

Product malfunctions every few months, already had multiple parts and an entire chiller replaced. When you email them with issues they are extremely responsive, but just give you an endless list of ways for you to try and repair it yourself. Spend thousands of dollars to try and perform your own repairs lol
