The Plunge became my unexpected anchor during the turbulent waters of unemployment. While I had always appreciated its physical benefits, it was during this challenging period that I truly discovered its profound impact on my mental wellbeing.

Each session in the Plunge offered more than just physical rejuvenation; it became a ritual of mental reset and clarity. The stark contrast of the cold immersion seemed to wash away the stress and uncertainty that unemployment brought, leaving me with a sense of renewed focus and resilience.

Now, as I embark on a new journey with a start-up, I carry with me the mental fortitude I gained through those cold plunges. I look forward to the day when I can afford a Plunge Sauna, not just for its physical benefits, but as a testament to the mental strength it helped me cultivate during one of my life’s most challenging chapters.

Couldn’t be happier with our All In. Our experience with Plunge was absolutely top notch. From start to finish, I couldn’t be happier with the install, delivery and the product itself is just beautiful.
Our delivery guys went above and beyond to ensure we could get the Plunge into our space (it was a little tight getting it through our door, but with a little patience and wiggling, they were able to figure it out and got it in safely and smoothly).
Set up was a breeze - we prepared by watching the videos to ensure we knew the step by step process. It was up and running in a matter of hours, and the feedback from our clients has been amazing. Maintenance takes no more than 10 mins daily - we change our water weekly, which is quick, easy & painless.
We also have the Plunge Sauna in our Fire & Ice room. We see around 20 clients a day for this service (many of our sessions are with couples - we allow 2 people in our room at a time). We’re open 7 days a week and the room is often booked solid. Both units keep up beautifully with the flow of clients.
The overall reception of our Fire & Ice room has been amazing. We’ve seen a definite increase in our sales due to this new service and the “Wow” factor of the room is a huge draw! We love seeing our community “take the plunge” and couldn’t be happier with our units! Thanks Plunge!
