I don't recommend buying through this website, I still waiting for the things I order since 26 of Novemeber, contact details, I think is not correct and website completely made with AliExpress, so poor quality of this website, everyone can see this
If someone sees this, please people don't buy it out here!!!!!

This is the worst site I have ever seen
Not only have I been waiting for the parcel for more than two weeks, but they simply don’t respond to text messages!
I don't know if my parcel will arrive or not, I just want to say and warn the next people never to order from this site ❗️❗️❗️

The company's way of doing business is SCAM! On the website, the item was presented as a high-quality knitted dress, but I received something that is thin, chip material, transparent and has no resemblance with "the knitted dress" on the website. There is no phone number of the Plunora customer service, there is no return form/sheet in the delivered package, and nobody responded to my return request via email, which is the only available contact of Plunora and its customer service.

Horrible. Products to 𝗡𝗢𝗧 resemble images on the website (cheap material, different item of clothing). No customer service, they do not respond to emails for returns.
Recommend you to make a claim against them so they can stop their scam practices.

The trousers I ordered had nothing to do with the trousers I ordered and I tried to contact them many times, I could neither get a reply to my e-mail nor the phone they gave me (I constantly received a message that the message boxes were full), it is really not a reliable company, I will never be able to wear the trousers I bought, the trousers I bought as corduroy came as curtain tulle.
