I insist they are not honest, and now that they are leaving Spain, they are not entirely in charge of the situation.

They have left me an incomplete treatment, and after many complaints, they have "done me a favour" and have returned my money.

However, there is a part that they have not wanted to give me back simply because they do not want to. I have emails that bear witness.

When I finished the treatment of the upper jaw, plus-dental told me to put the upper retainer. However, there was an error since the treatment was not completed. Therefore, they sent me another email that I must now withdraw it for refinement, and they do not want to return the money.

I have a retainer as it is useless and I have spent money on it thanks to plus-dental. I have paid one hundred fifty euros, and now I have a retainer that does not work, and I have to go to another place to have it removed, spending even more money.

It seems that plus-dental are dangerous in that they play with people's oral health by not taking responsibility for the results.

Product is great, it takes some time to get used to the aligners. You would not think that someone uses it, because you almost can’t see the product. A great experience and it gives certainty for the future!

Unfortunetly my treatment didnt get the results I expected BUT Plusdental have been amazing, offering me free additional tray to get them where they need to be.

I really did think that I would have to chase them but they have been fantastic and have chased me.

Great company, great customer care and would definitely reccomend

Very bad never got the treatment plan and did have the 3D scan. Sent x ray pictures. Very very bad don’t use dental plus!!!

I’m Very happy with Plusdental. I am almost finished with my treatment and my results are amazing already.

So far so good. My experience with this company has been great up to now. I've had my aleiners in for 3 weeks now and everything feels like its working well. Would recommend this company to anyone.

First I did went two times there to have a scan photo, first time it was not good enough. Than my credit score was not good enough to have this therapy. There is nothing wrong with my credit score at that moment. I can pay the said amount in installments normally.

Totally recommend it.

The treatment has been perfect. It was a medium complex treatment and I had to wear them 6 months. It has been really confortable, using them and all the contact with the company. The best thing I want to highlight is that I could extend twice because I was not happy and now the final result is perfect!!

So far everything was good. cant complain. Cost efective

I had an appointment for my theeth. The employers were so helpful and customer friendly. The building is very nice and they work hygienic. Definitely recommend them !!!!

My first treatment plan did not quite achieve the desired result but plus dental was very helpful and created a second plan.

I normally never right reviews, but my experience hasn't been so great my teeth look nothing like what my end results should have looked like! I am so disappointed waste of Money!!
Save you hard earned money and Go else where you're better off.!

I have to say sadly as much as I wanted to proceed with treatment with Plus Dental in Diagonal BARCELONA Clinique I couldn’t because of few facts : -my 3D video result and future smile wasn’t what I expected my teeth weren’t in one line at all and this video was made in Barcelona at Carrer Tuset not in Germany as mentioned by odontóloga, solution of the Plus Dental after seeing competitors 3D video and their video was to book another appointment and at the same time offering me suddenly 600€ discount .....;///
2nd- they were not understanding it’s not about price but about result they offered to me potentially to be done as my “”new smile””, not to mention I had to do 3D scan two times in the Clinique because something was done wrong at the first time .
To cut the story short - I highly recommend everyone to do proper research and visit few cliniques ( don’t do radiography more than once send copy instead ) . I was very surprised how much difference each Clinique offers with their work technique proposed , price and service .... basically BE SMART DONT LET ANYONE TO RIP YOU OFF your money and time without good job done .

It was a nice experience. They did an x-ray and a 3D scan of my teeth and everything went well. The only thing that I have missed is that the doctor hadn't more information about the treatment with plus dental.
