Well Done +351. Excelant quality and value.

I was delighted to discover +351 as I had been looking for some stripped long sleeve T-shirts.
I ordered two and found the whole process of selecting and purchasing very straight forward.
The customer care and contact was excellent.
The quality of the Long Sleeved Stripped T-shirts is excellent with a lovely soft cotton. There is a fantastic choice of colours and the sizes are perfect. I love the style and cut of the neckline, sleeves and hem and they are so comfortable to wear. I had to go back online and order more.

Good quality, fast delivery.

Most of the items they sell - they don't even have in stock.
After you place an order - they will say "oh, so sorry, this is out of stock, but soon should be back..."
What a joke!
Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Don't waste your time and energy.

I still have not received my package and I have not received any responses to my messages.

The delivery itself was fine, but the handling of my return has been disappointing. About one month ago the company confirmed that they had received my full return, but the refund has still not been processed.
Since then there has been a lot of back-and-forth via email, with explanations that another team needs to review the case. Recently support stopped responding to my follow-up messages.

I have now opened a case with PayPal and it will be escalated tomorrow. Based on this experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend the company.

Cais do Sodre store is an amazing experience. The team was very friendly, had the opportunity to drink and a delicious cappucino and bought a few t-shirts. Really like the look and feel of the product and how it fits on my body. Special plus for the terry shirt, the material is amazing. Will for sure be visiting the store again in the future and buying more products. Materials and fit are top notch.

Plus352 has an excellent design and is super comfortable. I've been using various items for several years, t-shirts, sweatshirts, etc., all super comfortable, practical, and of good quality and durability. The staff at the store are always friendly, and online deliveries were always very well.

+351 gets the essentials right. I’ve been wearing their Terry Shirts, T-shirts, sweats and jackets for years: great look, great fit, real comfort.

Found the store while walking through lisbon during my last vacation and really liked a few shirts. Bought three of them and they’re still very good nowadays

This store is absolutely amazing, the staff is great and the design is awseome! I bought a t-shirt and a jacket, the fit and material are perfect! They also have really nice things for home decor!
