If I could give zero stars I would! They cancelled our transfer but still have not issued a refund NEVER book with them via Ryanair or anyone else

Worst company ever. They have no communication and they refuse to refund me although i did not use their service and they still hold my money

Stay away from this company. No help, no refund, no transfers left to ourselves at a cost of another 200 euro

I booked an airport transfer through Ryanair and Wizz Air for my trip to Lanzarote in May, but no one showed up, even after I waited until midnight. I tried calling, texting, and emailing — a woman finally answered but didn’t speak English and hung up on me. I had to pay for a taxi myself, and despite multiple follow-ups, I still haven’t received a refund. The service has been completely unreliable and feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I am absolutely furious. What was supposed to be a simple airport transfer turned into an appalling experience, and I want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake.
We booked our transfer through the Ryanair website, trusting it as an official recommendation alongside our flights. We assumed it would be reliable and hassle-free. How wrong we were.

When we arrived in Rhodes, our "transfer" was nowhere to be found. Not a single driver, transport company, or airport staff member had even heard of the provider. We were stranded. I repeatedly called the so-called "emergency helpline" — no answer, no assistance, only automated reply not effectively said, we are to busy and don’t care enough to deal with you.

I emailed their emergency contact, and — laughably — only received a reply once I was already on my way home. Completely useless.

Since then, I've spent months trying to recover my money. Eventually, they had the nerve to promise a refund. Has it arrived? Of course not. The chase continues.
This company is a disgrace — utterly dishonest, unprofessional, and unapologetic. They have no customer service, no presence on the ground, and absolutely no intention of delivering what they sell. It's daylight robbery.
And Ryanair? Equally shameful. They promote this scam on their site, wash their hands of all responsibility, and show zero concern for the customers they’ve helped rip off.

Do yourself a massive favour: do not book through them, do not trust their services, and do not give them a single cent. They are fraudsters, plain and simple.

They only want our money , I feel that this company is a completely scam in order to take people’s money ! Please don’t book with them . The only thing that they want is money they don’t offer trusty services . They are selling air . I had an awful experience, they have sent me tickets with a different date than my flight even though the ticket had the code of my flight . So when I went to use the bus of course they didn’t accept it and I had to pay again . JUST to be clear , I sent them emails before and they never answer..

Do NOT use this service. I made an expensive booking through Ryanair to use them for a bus to Rome centre from the airport. A couple of days before flying we received the ticket and a list of departure times. We arrive at 13.55, the next bus is at 14.00 which we will clearly not make and the next available bus is nearly two hours later. So we arrive in Rome and start our holiday with an automatic two-hour delay. I've been refused a refund but am taking it further. I've also asked Ryanair why they are using such a rip-off company. Just wished I'd read the rest of the reviews here before signing up for this. So, DO NO USE PLUS AIRPORTLINE!

Dear Sir, What a nightmare of a time I had with the coach pick up & drop of service.
I got dropped of in the middle of no-where on arrival in the evening of the 12/04/2025, it took me around 45 minutes to get to my hostel.
The return was terrible and throughout my 28 day stay & trying to get my return pick up times/dates etc was a nightmare, I sent around 2dozen messages on WhatsApp with no response, I finally got a reply and was told that it was his day off, but what he meant to say was days off, that's why he was not replying, he eventually gave me his office number to phone, it was a total joke. It was not even clear to where the pickup point was.

We have purchased 2 transfer tickets from Catania city to Catania airport during check in with Ryanair. However the bus driver did not accept our tickets and forced us to pay again 4 Euros for each ticket, total 8 Euros.

We have requested to refund the amount of 8 Euros which we already paid to Ryanair. However customer service sent us to fill in web form, which was rejected.

Useless, avoid at all costs!

Stay clear of this company a pack of gangsters. Our Ryanair flight to Krakow was diverted to Katowice because of fog. We were bussed to Krakow airport but the Plus Airport Line transport never waited for me. They never contacted me, I rang the number got through to a recorded message no idea what language it was … probably Albanian. The return trip a few days the driver never turned up same story, I should have checked these scammers out on Trustpilot before booking them

Do not book a transfer with Ryanair/Plus airportline!!!
I booked a transfer through the Ryanair-app while checking in my flight, but the company Plusairportline did not show up! Multiple emails send and even called Plusairportline and Ryanair but they keep pointing at each other.

Awful service. They didn't come and collect us to take us to the airport. We called the emergency number and it picks up and plays music nonone answers. Our hotel tried several numbers for them and they didn't get through but it was the same tune on each line. After an hour we had to jump in a taxi or we would have missed the flight.
Sosnce returning I ihave tried to contact them to ask for a refund and for reimbursement for the taxi and they aren't answering my message.
Also we weren't picked up from the airport until 90mins after our flight arrived. The flight got in minutes before midnight and we got to our hotel (20mins away) at 2.30!
Unfortunately Ryanair didn't tell us they don't collect you until after you land, unti a few days before we left. Ryan air should donthemselve a favour and cut this company off..They are giving them a poor reputation when actually their customer service is excellent

Our return taxi did not turn up. They called 10 minutes after the pick-up time to say they could now not take us. Even though they had confirmed the trip by text message that morning and told us 5 minutes before the pick time that they were on their way.

They clearly decided to not pick us up at the last minute and left us stranded on a Sunday afternoon with no hope of booking another taxi and with a large amount of luggage. We were very scared and disgusted about how we were treated and spoken to by the transfer representative.

No care or thought. I asked for their help to book another taxi or provide me with taxi numbers, he said no he wouldn't. I asked him to look online and help me find a way using public transport and he said no and put the phone down. Utterly disgusted for the lack of care and thought. It ruined our holiday. I am so cross and upset about it.

He promised we would have a full refund but I can't so far get a response from them.

Really not good. Booked with ryanair for an alicante transfer. Great on the way to the hotel as we found benniconnect really easily and ended up with a large pvt taxi.

We didn't get an email, a text or anything to confirm our return and ended up having to call an international number to get any collection details. I dread to think what my phone bill will be. Just not good.

Two emails sent to the Hungary office just told me to call a landline number. But they answered the day after I sent the email.

Do not book this company for your transfers through Ryanair or any other service. We were left stranded at the airport with no transfer arranged. €100 euros wasted. When contacting the company through their archaic complaints system and website, they refused us a refund due to not following correct procedures. However, they did not send any documentation or procedures anyway. It took nearly a month to get a response too. Definitely avoid at all costs!

I booked a transfer through Ryanair from Porto airport to the city, months in advance and received confirmation. A week before departure I got an email cancelling. Excuses included wrong destination address and incomplete address-neither true as I provided the full hotel address including postcode. They refused to refund the £40 I paid. How can Ryanair associate with this company?

I am totally disappointed with this company because nobody went to the airport to pick me up.
When I called the local company (Sol Uno or Uno Sol, whatever) the inefficient employee told me : take a taxi and the company will reintegrate your money and hung up the call.

Has been a huge mistake hiring your No service provided just because you did not send the receipt with the payment done in advance.

I demand an immediate answer and solution. I don't care your apologies: watch out the people you hire if they will be "solving customers issues".

Booked transfers through ryanair. Took payment. Went alone. Arrived at destination to find out my transfer had been cancelled because i booked with in 24hrs. Yet they taken payment and sent confirmation. They were not interested in helping or refunding my money back. I was left on my own at airpirt trying to find another way to get to result which was over an hours drive so not enough money for a taxi. Over a week later still no refund. Avoid at all costs

Booked through Ryanair, got the confirmation from this company that our transfer was confirmed, but when arriving in Reus, they could not find the confirmation of our booking, even when shown the email from themselves showing this, and had to find our own way to the hotel via airport taxi. Will never ever book with this company again, scam company, and now have to wait 30 days while they ‘investigate’ the situation. Avoid at all costs, and Ryanair, please cut ties with this company
