Super experience

Super experience, collection at the Airport very easy and friendly, great little car and quite new , overall a great experience and will definitely use again.

Ask for Lewis, top bloke

We went on holiday recently to Playa blanca in the south of the island of Lanzarote, and to see the sights of the island we decided to hire a car, with there being a few different places to hire from, we chose a hire company that had a lot of car stickers on that we seen driving around us on our first day, and thought if all these people are using them they must be good. So we went to our nearest hire place and we met a really nice man called Lewis, he made it so easy , no complications, not even a deposit, just paid up for the week, signed the paper , scanned our driver licences, and away we went. I would definitely go back and get a car off Lewis again

Do NOT use

Do NOT use. They took 300 euros from my credit card after I had left the island. The car was damaged after I had parked it. I had told them already about 1 incident. But someone had scratched the car. Despite this, their terms state fully insured. !? 300 euros out of my credit card so be warned !!

Terrible communication - and no cars!

Tried to book online with PLUSCAR LANZAROTE, but I only got a reply email accepting my “reservation”.
With no confirmation, I rang the following day but the phone was not answered with no option to leave s message.
Over 24 hours later I got an email to say they had no cars available! By that time I had booked a car with another company.

Poor communication

We booked a car for the next day. The booking request was confirmed, but the booking itself was neither confirmed nor rejected. When we were already on our way to the pick-up point on foot, we were told 6 minutes beforehand - literally outside the office - that there were no vehicles available.
