Do not go with this company.
I have been having my treatment for over a year now. The waiting time between speaking to the team is ridiculous. My teeth are moving back waiting for them. Ulcers along my younger as the retainers are snapped and have holes as I have been left over two
Months without a solution. I have now been told that the Birmingham practices are closed and I have to travel to Oxford or Liverpool which is 2.5-3 hours away in a train meaning 6 hours travelling time to get a scan. Absolutely awful and a complete let down

From start I had lot of troubles with the company! I have Purchase the treatment and I could not get appoint to 3 months after! After 3 months waiting for the appointment they have cancelled on me last min and make me wait weeks for another appointment. Finally I have started my treatment. The teeth would not move the way they should. I have to keep repeating treatment over and over again. Instead of 5 months I worn them for 8 months. Finally after 8 months treatment was over and unsuccessful. When I have complain they say Is my fault that the teeth are not where they meant to be as I worn my alignments for 20h a day instead of 22h so I habe end up contacting my dentist to confirm this. He say my teeth are not moved as they have no space in my mouth and they should extend the treatment and make more space. They ignoring me!!!! Don’t go with this company they are spam! I am very disappointed. What a waste of 8 months of my life. Now I have to pay for another treatment with another company in full as they can finish the treatment with out starting new one. 😡💔

Really loved the 3D consultation I had with the PlusDent dentist Layla. She was very sweet and explained everything to me in clear terms and I look forward to starting this with the team.

I would love to highlight the professionalism and responsiveness of the team. When I arrived, I was told about all the processes with care. The consultation ran smooth and informative. Also, the clinic in Liverpool is really clean and tidy, which is an important part for me.

I had a very positive experience with PlusDent in Holborn . The Appointment was on time and the 3D scan only took 10 mins . The dentist was personable and professional and answered all my questions . I’m looking forward to receiving the treatment plan .

Booking the initial appointment was very simple, the locations are also pretty central so very convenient. The lady doctor who welcomed me there was very friendly and knowledgeable. She explained thoroughly the process and made some useful suggestions. I’m now waiting to discuss further my dental plan with someone over the phone (received an email confirmation shortly after my appointment at the practice). Would definitely recommend 😊👌

Please do not use this company. After 3 days my gums started to swell, developed a sore throat and bleeding gums. Emailed company who advised take them out and get a test to see if I’m allergic to the plastic. Tried 4 allergy companies and all said they didn’t do but it’s clear by my symptoms I’ve had a reaction. PlusDent are not bothered. Why wasn’t this done before getting braces? Why is it up to me to chase. The most cheapest plastic braces I’ve ever seen.many friends have Invisalign and was shocked to feel the difference feel the difference in quality. Pay the extra and go with a genuine company who cares for clients

Very professional. Talked me through step by step process from start to 3 years down the line. Very friendly and easy to talk to. The reception staff also give you a very warm welcome.

Not quite sure where to start when writing this review as there are so many reasons why, if I could choose my treatment all over again, it would be through Invisalign and not PlusDent. Initially cost was the reason I chose PlusDent and because my initial appointment at a local dental practice was professionally and reassuring!
However, before proceeding with you treatment, and have been advised you need IPR carried out, do not pay and order your treatment if you do not live neat Liverpool or London as these are the only clinics in the country that carry out this procedure for them!! I was not made aware of this, and then had to make a 120 mile round trip just to have this done!!

Customer service is absolutely shocking, and they have little interest in their customers whatsoever. As a company, they definitely do not put customers first and are most definitely driven by money and profit and not reputation.

Throughout my 20 week treatment, I was only asked to provide progress pictures twice, and at no point did anyone contact me to find out how I was doing or if I was having any issues at all - which I was!! Out of the 10 sets of aligners that I had, 6 pairs cracked and split before I was due to move to the next set. However, contacting PlusDent was that much of a nightmare and waste of time, I would just move myself onto the next set a day or two early as having to order a replacement would take weeks!!

POORLY MADE RETAINERS THAT CRACK AND SPLIT EVEN WITH THE GENTLEST OF CARE!!!

My treatment lasted slightly less than the 20 weeks because of the above, and now, at the end although my top teeth look much better than when I started, my bottom teeth are Still not straight and have just been pushed forward. However, my journey and experience with PlusDent has been that poor that I will settle with what I have got and just wear my retainers as directed to ensure they don't move back to how they were!!

My one piece of advice, spend the extra bit of money and go straight to invisalign for a better service and better results!!!

If I could give a no star rating I would!
Make sure you check the T&Cs before even thinking about buying from this company. They don’t offer any refund even when the product doesn’t work. I wore my aligners for 4 months longer than originally prescribed, having to repeat steps continuously and I didn’t even get the promised end result. I have since gone to an orthodontist who has reviewed my teeth and what PlusDental promised they could do, was scientifically impossible with the product they have!!! I’ve told them this and they still won’t offer me any compensation, and told me to keep repeating steps! The company is a joke and you think you’re saving money but now I’m having to pay a orthodontist for Invisalign’s to get the results I want. I’ve been wearing my Invisalign’s for 4 weeks and have seen more change in my teeth than I did in 3 months of wearing plus dents braces.

I finally started my teeth straightening journey but was really nervous about having IPR but it was painless and I’m so glad I didn’t let it put me off starting treatment. My appointments at Liverpool clinic have been great with staff being attentive, reassuring and happy to answer any questions.
