I have gotten all of the appointments very fast, the consulting on the phone was very helpful and friendly! Although they told me that the package will arrive in 4 weeks, I’ve got it in 2 weeks! I had to do the IPR before I start with my dental splint. I was very unsure and afraid of it. But the doctor was amazing! She explained me every steps to not making me worried about anything…

I started with my dental splint today! One could tell that there is a pressure on the teeth! And I can’t talk properly because I’m not use to it yet. But overall very good experience till now. And looking forward to seeing the results.

First of all, it is really easy to book an appointment. I was able to get an appointment for the very next day. My dental examination took around 10 minutes. Results came from lab within 2 weeks. It is a high-tech, user-friendly, and customer oriented service. I think prices and payment options are fair as well. It would be wonderful, if some portion of it will be covered by my insurance company. All in all, a positive experience. I am looking forward to start my 16 week long treatment.

Quick reservation and more importantly, quick and efficient service. The staff was really friendly and professional and for me I appreciated a lot the overall hygiene of the dentistry. I would highly recommend to everybody especially if they have a stressful schedule and want to get in and out immediately!

Hi, all in all i am satisfied. (upper 15 splints - lower 9 splints)
But there were some mistakes. First the dentalsplint were not cut exactly, it hurts a little bit and they dont fit well after step 4. Then it was good that i got some new splints. These new splints fit very well but i think it should be 2 steps more in the lower jaw. It was 98% only a little bit crooked, but they told me to repeat at step 6. (we will see if it helps, but i dont think so - i think i need 1 or 2 steps more in the lower because it was almost perfect. Then they sent me a retainer where the tooth is slanted. That could be step 3.. or i dont know.. the treatment took longer as planned and i will see if i get my perfect smile.

Went for the 3D scan and it was done quite fast and efficiently :)

My experience with PlusDental has been good, even though there have been some small mistakes along the way.
I am now in my 6th Step and I already see a big difference in my smile so it is going the right way.

The only inconvenience was that step 2 and 4 did not fit me but I easily moved a step forward and continued my procedure. Now my teeth are almost perfectly straight and I am halfway 😊

They are very friendly and took their time for my 3D scan. I would recommend it further for sure.

It was such an easy way to gain a smile which i was craving for.
During my treatment i experienced some very good customer support which are not common nowdays.

What I liked about Plus Dental was, that everything was very easy from the beginning. You select a dentist in your neighbourhood and check your time online. When I needed something, there was always a helpful person on the hotline. What I didn‘t liked that much, was the long time they needed for answering on E-Mails and I think the production of the aligners can be a little bit faster (but I dont‘t know, if this is even possible 🙈)
