Great customer service! Kind a very patient!

I had called Plushbeds for support and seeking ideas on replacement or upgrade of our current Botannical Bliss latex mattress. The support and advice I received from Irma was excellent. I was provided with all the data I needed to consider a few options. She listened well to my requirements and was very helpful.

Mike from customer service went above and beyond to help me get the specific mattress topper I needed.

Mike at Plushbeds was super prompt and helpful - answered all of my questions quickly and with all the info I needed to make my decision!

It saddens me to write this, but PlushBeds' customer service(and service in general) has gone downhill so fast that it is no longer worth purchasing from them. We are incredibly loyal customers-We currently own seven of their mattresses (possibly eight if the missing one ever arrives), but our experience with the last two orders has been an absolute nightmare. We will never buy from this company again.
With our seventh mattress, it took hours of back-and-forth just to get the correct mattress ordered, only for them to send the completely wrong one anyway and repeated delays(with no communication from them).
I also ordered a mattress for my father around the same time, and it has gone completely MIA for well over a month. After spending hours and hours dealing with customer service and a manager to try and resolve this, their only solution was to offer $150 off,but only if I agreed to make the missing mattress a "final sale.”
Whatever has happened to this company over the last few years, it is not good. It is simply not worth your time, money, or effort to deal with this level of incompetence. Look elsewhere.

I purchased your Plush med- firm a month ago or so. We love it however, it’s a bit too firm for me. I wrote to customer support and chatted with Ferdz Garcia. He was so helpful!! Love this company and the support group you employ. If I could I would give your firm a 10!

We visited friends who had a Plush bed and loved it from the start. It arrived in beautiful condition and unrolled perfectly on the bed. We slept in it the first night.
I have come to feel that the medium firm that we purchased is perfect. It has enough softness to ease the bones yet provide great support. The customer support has been amazing. Mike takes care of his customers and communicates with ease. A Very good experience all around

After ordering a mattress topper from PlushBeds (which I was very happy with), decided to purchase a lighter weight comforter for summer. There was a reason/issue that necessitated I return it. Ferdz G. was very helpful, courteous and professional, and kept me in the loop regarding my order & very happy with the outcome. Yes, I would recommend this company & thei excellent customer care.

I have purchased a Botanical Bliss Mattress and a mattress cover in two orders and wanted to check on the status of the orders a week later. I used the chat for customer support on the plushbeds.com website. The customer support person was named Allen. I had the order number for the mattress but not the mattress cover. Allen was able to quickly provide me with the order number for the mattress cover and status of these two orders. Thank you Allen.

I have not received any of my orders yet so cannot review the products at this point but that being said, Ferdz in customer service have been very responsive and helpful in answering all my questions in almost instant time via email. This is so unheard of these days. I am very optimistic I will love my new mattress, adjustable base, and bedding, as well as a new topper and cover for my guest room.

I needed to exchange my mattress to a softer feel and from the beginning I have had nothing but a pleasant experience. My agent was Irma. She was very prompt in her communication, polite and extremely helpful. She solved the issue in a very professional manner. She is an asset to the company.
