Transforming a king bed into a split king adjustable bed
I wrote to inquire about purchasing new XL twin covers for our king size latex bed (because we are purchasing a new split king adjustable frame.) Mike was quick to respond, multiple times, and was instrumental in my speedy purchase of the new covers. He was efficient and helped me quickly get this item off my to-do list. I'm a longtime customer of Plushbeds…
I'm a longtime customer of Plushbeds trying to adjust the comfort level of my newest Plushbeds mattress because extra firm was not a standard choice and there is no longer a zipper/exchange ability. I've had the good luck to be assisted by Irma, who listened to my needs and was able to suggest several options for me to choose from. She was patient, kind and helpful throughout the process and my new extra firm topper is now in the works. Really sounds like this will do the trick- fingers crossed!
Great product with some issues that were quickly resolved
We initially had some problems scheduling the delayed delivery and then adjusting the softness level of the mattress. Maria.Jamison worked with us every single step of the way to resolve every issue. She was very responsive and communicative. She even called me. Because of Maria and the quality of our vegan PlushBed and frame, we will be only be purchasing from PlushBeds in the future as we need to replace all of our mattresses. Maria is outstanding and an asset to PlushBeds!!!!

After several days of shopping for a new mattress online and in person, I decided to purchase an organic hybrid mattress and foundation from Plushbeds.com It was early hours on Sunday morning and Irma was there on the Chat to give me the dimensions to expedite the order. She also answered the phone later to help me apply an advertised discount and answer a few more questions. I appreciate Irma's proactive and knowledgeable approach to customer service. One thing she said spoke volumes to me--that the 100 day "trial" period on the mattress is far better than the few minutes of laying on any stores' mattress on a showroom floor. I appreciate the care that Plushbeds takes with their service and the thoughtful design of their products. And I am thankful to Irma especially.
Customer service was amazing and the topper is perfect
I ordered an extra firm latex mattress topper (which is surprisingly hard to find) for my mattress and I managed to mess up the order (getting a twin instead of a queen). I realized it the second I completed the transaction and reached out to PlushBeds customer service for help. They got back to me almost immediately and helped fix my error by just having me pay the difference. Irma and Diana were fast and easy to work with to fix my own error. I also received the topper and it is perfect!

We now are the happy owners of 4 organic metal-free latex mattresses from Plush beds (both features are very important to us!). The beds have worked well for us and we love the comfort exchange option. We always upgrade to the organic sheet & mattress protector as organic bedding is essential. With our last order, we were a bit frustrated as there was a very long delay getting the mattress protector because it was back-ordered. Thank goodness for Mike's help in getting this resolved! I ordered the Botanical Bliss California King along with some bonuses offered during the President's Day special. I had some specific questions about the extras so I called customer service to inquire. Mike, my representative, was able to assist me with upgrading the sheet set & mattress protector. He also went above & beyond by explaining the plush pillows were not able to be upgraded yet, if I wanted other sizes or 2 different sizes, he could oblige by escalating to upper management to ensure I received exactly what I wanted. I chose to decline though he was exceptionally well-versed, professional & patient as I had several additional questions about my purchase. These mattresses are incredibly comfortable. When i ordered mine, I ordered a mattress too soft for us. I called CS with Plush Beds and she helped me with a solution. I was worried we had to send the whole mattress back. The solution was a firmer insert and it was so easy to replace and repackage for return. I can't be happier with the service and product from Plush Beds.

Significant manufacturing delays; very poor customer service
It took a complaint to the Better Business Bureau to get a response from the company. Today is one month after ordering the mattress; three weeks after an email that manufacturing was delayed and the mattress would be delivered in two weeks; a week after an urgent phone call from the company to set up a delivery date; and four days after the promised delivery date when nothing was delivered. The company did not respond to an urgent email of when I would get my bed, so I complained to the BBB. The company canceled my order within 10 minutes of filing the complaint, indicating lack of transparency on their manufacturing delay.
