Plushy Beds Uk - Avoid Avoid !!!

Avoid this website!!! Ordered a dog bed to be delivered in 2-3 days never arrived. On site tried to email no response tried to track but gave another date then changed to delivered when still not received anything and still no contact from website. Total Scam avoid Don't waste your money.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a donut bed in early january, it was due for delivery between 16-31st January, when it hadn’t arrived by 31st January I checked the status and it said it had been delivered, I tried to contact the company but both email and live chat, several times, with no response. There is no phone number listed, I presume this is a scam company so i have learnt a harsh lesson. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Avoid Avoid Avoid

Only given a 1 because I had too.
My partner ordered a dog bed over 10 days ago for £50, no dispatch email, no communication of the whereabouts of the item, and no response to x3 of our emails asking for an update or a refund.
Wish we had looked at the reviews first as we would defo not of ordered if we had seen how poor the service is.
Shouldn’t be running if they can’t keep on top of orders or email responses.
Trading standards have been informed

Ordered a pet bed from Plushie Pets 2 weeks ago. Have not received the item or any updates. I have contacted the company via email and social media and have not heard a response. Very disappointed.

Purchased a medium bed for our puppy

Purchased a medium bed for our puppy. Large enough for her to grow into… 3 months in and after trying to remove the cover to wash the zip failed. Sent a message straight away to the company.. an automated response. Heard nothing further despite messaging a few times. The live chat does not work. Whilst our puppy loves the bed the customer service has been non existent. A product is only as good as the service received which in my case has been non existent. Very dissatisfied and disappointed… will not use this company again or recommend them

PLUSHY BEDS SCAM

Ordered a xlarge dog bed on 17th January it say delivered on tracking today nothing came been a month. I have sent numerous messages and emails not 1 reply. Had same problem with Plushie Beds don't know if same company SCAM

BEWARE, DO NOT USE

Paid 69 pounds on 12th January got a couple of delaying emails telling me the order had been despatched, delayed etc.
Sent emails , no replies, no phone number. Eventually told it had been delivered. It had not.
These beds can be bought on several other websites that use Paypal for less money and according to other reviews, better quality. Even Amazon are cheaper and at least you can contact these people.
My mistake I didn’t do the usual checks and now have a 69 pound reminder not to be so casual. BE CAREFUL EVERYBODY

Appalling service

Ordered a bed on 18 December and paid £6.99 for express insured delivery, had email on 23rd saying despatched, nothing arrived, further email on 28th saying despatched, so obviously first email was a lie, still waiting, cannot track on RM website as still saying sender is sending item to them. Emailed them twice, absolutely no response. I’m out of pocket by almost £60 plus the cost of the bed I have had to buy because the bed I ordered hasn’t turned up. Absolutely dire customer service, I ordered a gift item from Switzerland on the same day as I ordered the dog bed and that item arrived in time for Christmas, so why a UK based company can’t achieve that is beyond me?!

Most definitely would not recommend this company and I wish I had read the reviews before attempting to purchase from them.

I ordered a dog bed 10th December.. iwas emailed to say it would be delivered by the 14th...the 14th came no delivery... I've emailed a few times herd nothing..I've now received another email to say I'm now looking at January...I would NOT recommend anyone use this company..I'm now looking into getting trading standards involved as something doesn't seem right with this company....😡😡😡😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY thinking you are getting a luxury pet bed! I paid £64 for a bed at Xmas for my dog and she’s basically sleeping on the floor! The filling is the cheapest and I’ve brought better quality since, cheaper! After explaining to the company, I was told that I need to puff it out and this is caused from my pet turning round after I disagreed I was told we are not going to agree on this to contact trading standards and he’ll deal with them! He didn’t even ask for images, which in my opinion tells you he knows he is selling a bad quality products and is dealing with the complaints on a daily basis. I will in deed be contacting trading standards and my credit card company! They have since brought out an extra foam filling that you can “buy” for your dog bed, as his customers told him they need would like to buy a bit extra filling! Joke! Wish i had read the reviews before buying!

Would you be happy to buy from a company that starts off a review, there are two sides to every story, when a customer is complaining of quality, after only 3 months?!
I did contact them after 3 months as I had expected a pet bed that costs £64.99 to last more than 3 months.
Fortunately for customers, we are protected by statutory rights, regardless of small companies that like to make up their own rules. You may have a cooling off period for people that decide they don’t like it, but that does not affect my rights, as set out in the consumer act, which states
If you've owned the item for less than six months, the retailer must give you a full refund if an attempt at a repair or replacement is unsuccessful, NOT just direct you to trading standards because they don’t want to operate within the law!

“If you discover the fault within the first six months from delivery, it's presumed to have been there from the time you received it - unless the retailer can prove otherwise”

They do not use Trustpilot as their primary review platform, as obviously they cannot select the reviews, I note they have also turned off Google reviews, suspicious.

They have not offered me a repair, replacement or refund even though I said I would accept a replacement filling.

Note: they have not responded to the point that they didn’t even ask for images before telling me that I am not entitled to a refund or replacement as I was outside of the 2 weeks.

Companies that try to operate outside the law, do make me angry and I will be taking this through the courts, if I am forced to, as I am within my rights and they will also have to pay my court costs.

Chris the owner of the companie has gone onto state: that I have left other 1 star reviews and to take this review, with a pinch of salt, which just proves he only cares about getting new sales and not about the quality of products he is selling or for his customers that he has already sold to. So unprofessional! Please feel free to check out my other genuine 5 star and 1 star reviews, I am always honest and will state the facts, not try to twist the facts round to support my own “story”
The fact is, I am a customer of yours that has had a bed for 3 months, the filling has gone into balls resulting in my dog sitting on the floor! I have sent you images to prove this and I have offered to accept a replacement filling and this is how you have treated me! By going on a personal attack of me! Disgusting! You have shown yourself for what you really are, I am the customer!!

Anyone that buys a bed from this company will be treated the same, remember that. How would you feel if you had paid £64.99 for a luxury pet bed, for the filling to go into clumps and balls and then when you complain you are treated like this from the owner of the company! Speaks volumes, avoid! There are better quality beds on Amazon for cheaper and the customer service is excellent 5*!!
I brought from this company first, thinking I would buy a better quality bed, but actually the Amazon one turned out to be far superior and for half the cost! :-)

This response is to put the above into context...there's always two sides to a story.

Kate only contacted us about her concerns over the pet bed base thickness 3 months after receiving the bed. Regulations mandate a 14 day "cooling off" period for any online purchases allowing the customer to cancel and request a refund if unhappy with the product. At Plushie Pet Beds, we are so confident and proud of the quality of our pet beds, we've extended this to 30 days. Kate hadn't provided any communication within the 30 day window to raise her concerns over the bed.

We tried to resolve this directly with Kate in a professional manner but quickly realised this wasn't going to be an option and so to avoid any further (rude) emails we advised that further discussion on the matter should be handled through Trading Standards.

In relation to our new "Luxury Memory Foam Insert" that Kate mentions, I'll copy what I have already explained to her here -

"We had received some feedback that the beds could do with a little more "padding" for our larger (heavier) dog customers and friends (a very small percentage, <1%). As we're constantly looking at ways to improve our products and brand, we decided that an add-on memory foam base would improve this for those that needed it. Adding this base into all of our pet beds is not needed and would result in costs going up for everyone."

Unfortunately, we don't use TrustPilot as our primary review platform so it does reflect poorly on the service, quality and integrity of our brand. You can find all of our more accurate and recent reviews directly on our website through a third party platform we use called, Loox.

Appalling service, the company will not answer any of my e-mails or social media messages. I can’t get hold of them to discuss my dissatisfaction with the product or arrange a refund. Each time I try to make contact on social media I am blocked. They also delete any negative reviews, so the information on their social media pages and website is grossly misleading.

My order arrived in the wrong colour and terrible condition, I sent them an e-mail with photos of the product, and I’ve still not received a response, I have chased them several time’s since and I’ve had nothing back.

Their website states 100% happiness guarantee, it’s a complete scam.

It’s also advertised as a UK company but the product I received came from China.

Cannot recommend them... Awful

Ordered a dog bed in grey fur. Eventually a blue dog bed turned up. The quality was awful. It has stray pieces of fabric and bald patches with some awfully rough stitching.
We contacted them to air our dissatisfaction with the product and had no response. Followed up with a second email and again received no response. After contacting them on Instagram was blocked. Awful service. Awful communication.

Great Purchase!

Ordered a fluffy bed for my dog. I was aware it would take a while to arrive but it arrived much quicker than I expected. The only issue was I ordered the bed in Rose and it came in bright Pink. I wasn't too happy with this as we really wanted the colour we picked and weren't told it wasn't available, but didn't want to return due to how long it would take to receive another. The bed is lovely and fluffy and my dog absolutely loves it so overall a great purchase, and I would definitely recommend!
