No message of no disponible piece (like at Oscaro : Oscaro= payment, and then, later or very later, message saying that piece is no disponible = refund, but what do I care for refund ??? I buy auto parts to repair my car, not to place in my living room !!!!!! At Oscaro, you buy a caddy, and you get -later- several refunds for half of your pieces, this taking 3 or 4 days or more. So that you can buy other parts, equivalents, and then pay shipment each time.... And delay deliveries, meaning your repairs.

I ordered an item at a precise price,was told the item is no longer available;so I was offered to pay some extra cost to have a similar one.That was a week ago and I still have nothing yet;I shouldn have been delivered 48 hours after order.Though the person on the phone was very kind,it doesn't make it all...

I paid for a piece - I was proposed another one, supposed to be suitable for my car. I checked on internet - it was not. I was then proposed another piece. I received it : it was not compatible with my car!!!!

First of all is that my part arrived after 6 working days from order then the part was not well packed and at the end... the part was not completed (clamp missed)!
