Don't do it! What a scam with the membership subscription. It doesn't say how much it is and the checkout page looks like a completely ordinary checkout page. Absolutely vile way to run a business. Go... See more

Had absolutely no idea I was being scammed into a £9.95/month membership when placing my order! I recall seeing this or a similar company on Watchdog... alarm bells rang! I got my order okay... well... See more

Scammers

Scammers!
Like everyone on here I’ve been tricked bought one item and then they have been taking money out of my account every month since without my knowledge. I didn’t subscribe and when you try and cancel you can’t log in . It’s a complete scam. They need to be stopped 😡

Should be called “we steal your money shop”

Basically my experience was the same as everyone else’s. You place an order, receive said order, then realise you are being charged £9.95 every month!! They said i signed up for a membership with my order???? I most definitely did not!! I contacted my bank and had to have a new card issued to stop them taking more money, but the bank are refunding the money so that is something.
Don’t buy from them unless you like paying £9.95 every month without your consent for basically nothing

Extremely deceptive!

With your first purchase, they sign you up to a hidden subscription service, with absolutely no communication or email to confirm this.
When I discovered they were taking money out of my account, I emailed them to cancel the subscription, but they ignored it and carried on taking payments.
I had to call my bank to block any further payments.
There are countless other reviews saying the same thing. Avoid this company at all costs.

Plus shop thievesThis company are out and out thieves

This company are out and out thieves! I ordered a small item costing £32.94 in February 2022 and have just discovered that they have been taking £9.95 out of my bank for the last 29 months! I have obviously contacted my bank to stop this recurring payment that I NEVER signed up to. I have sent 29 emails trying to get a response without any success. They are definitely SCAMMERS. Do not ever purchase from them EVER!!

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!
Steer well clear, I purchased items back in 2022 over two years ago and now randomly they start taking money from account even though is is inactive/closed (supposedly).
Be careful to cancel the membership after 30 days otherwise they'll take £9.95 per month.

Their website 'Cancel' membership icon does not work so don't expect it to be easy once you sign up.
They do not respond to their emails and do not answer the phone. I've now cancelled my CC so they cannot randomly take money from my account.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
